A month had passed since my parents went back home with kuya.

I'm now wearing a thick coat paired with jeans and a scarf on my neck. The weather here is now on its cool mode so we need to be in a thick cloth going outside.

"Take care of the babies!"

"Noted, grandma.

I can't help myself but to smile. Akalain mo 'yon? After all those cheating mistakes that they experienced in their relationship, still they ended up with each other. But a lesson learned, don't give everything to your partner. Atleast reserve the best for yourself. Not all the time that fate will favor the both of you so might as well, be careful to your decisions.

"Ah gano'n?" She slowly put a grin on her face that made me run away from her dahil alam ko na ang susunod nitong gawin.

"This is your fault, Jess," sambit ko but she just rolled her eyes on me and slapped me on the arm.

She's really the brutal type when it comes to physical and verbal thing. Way back from childhood, I'm the one who always get bullied from our playmates and guess what? She's my heroine who always save me from the evils like in a fairytale movies or novels. The only difference is that, I don't have a prince charming but a cousin who is always right by my side.

"Sorry babies. Kasalanan kase ng Tita Jessie niyo eh." I heard her complained on my side.

Despite the cold breeze that lingers on us, there are still people who go outside of the house and enjoy themselves. Kids and teens are playing skateboard, a group of friends are practicing a song in front of their house, I guess they're a band. We're just inside the subdivision but I admit, it's all complete here. I mean, families and friends are treasuring times with their loved ones.
