Aqua's POV
I walked to my locker, only to find Kane talking to Karen there. She giggled at something he said, and he scratched the back of his neck.
If y'all gonna flirt, flirt somewhere else.

"Ahem." I said loudly to get their attention.

"Oh hey Aqua." Kane said.

Karen stepped in front of him, trying to block him from me.

"Please move away from my locker." I said angrily, eyes never leaving Kane.

I saved him and he goes standing here With Karen like lovebirds.

She continued to stand there stubbornly. "What if we don't? Go away freak, and don't interrupt my boyfriend and I." She smirked.

"Bo-boyfriend?" I asked, not even realizing that I was stuttering.

She nodded and shoved me away.

"Honey, don't go near her okay? She's bad news." She said, trying to sound scared and cute.

But my eyes stung and my tears pounded at the corner of my eyes, threatening to pour out, and it blurred my vision. I held my ground.

"Fine......and I have something to give to you...Kane." He looked up. I walked to him.

I guess he must've thought what I was going to give him must be great, cause he seemed too excited.

I raised my hand and slapped him across his cheeks. "And don't ever talk to me again, traitor." I said. That's when everything became blurry again, and the tears took over.

I ran away, not wanting Karen or anyone to see my tears. I didn't even bother to get them away from my locker.

I don't understand. I don't recall liking him at all. So why am I feeling this way? Get a hold of yourself Aqua. I acted impulsively. He means nothing to me.

Kane's POV:
The girl I like has abandoned me. And I'm stuck with this witch. I didn't even get to properly thank her about saving my life. You're so smart Kane, so smart.

Karen is still standing next to me. She threatened me that if I don't stay with her and pretend that I like her, she's going to make my life miserable. But I guess she already has.

Scarlett's POV
"Hey." Dominic leaned on the side of the wall. I avoided looking into his milky brown eyes. "Wanna hang out later?" He continued.

"No way." I said as I walked the other way.
He followed me. I paused in the middle of my steps.
"What do you want?" I asked, not looking back.

He didn't answer, but I know he was still there. I took training classes, what do you expect?

"Scarlett, listen, I don't mean any harm. I just want to—"I turned around to face him and gave him a 'don't mess with me look'.

He backed away and started blabbering away. This dude really was annoying.

I attempted to walk again to the other side and managed to get to the end, but again, he shouted after me. "I want to get to know you Scarlett! I really do!" At that statement, I smiled and headed upstairs.

Too bad I'm not interested in guys at the moment.
