Rachel's POV
"LOCKDOWN.LOCKDOWN. EVERYBODY GET IN YOUR POSITIONS." I heard the principal announce in a big loud speaker.
Not again.
Every word made you jump.
What could be more annoying than this?
Last time it was a snake.
Now what?
A crocodile?
I'd rather do school work, believe it or not.
Luckily, we knew where to go, not like the last time, when we all scrambled everywhere.
Some people looked around nervously and it was quieter than last time as well.
Probably because they knew that something weird entered the school again. We never get normal visitors. Like robbers or something.
But who would want to rob a disgusting school?
The security system really needs to be tightened.
I crouched under the table and tried to sleep. But, whoever it was, placed their foot next to me.
Goddamn stank.
I glanced up angrily and saw a boy about my age, with dark color hair and brown eyes. I think he has a feeling that someone's looking at him, so he looked down.
Well that's awkward.
I crawled back out, careful not to make any noises.
Well now I can't sleep.
I jumped as I heard gun shots outside the window. Weapons?
Woah is it finally a normal attack?
A click started turning something metal.
Door knob?
Then the door busted open.
Two guys that wore black came in with smirking faces.
My heart stopped for a second.
They're the evil spirits that pretended to be agents!
I could see their dark auras escaping their sinister smiles. Their large claws seem to crave for blood as it trembled at the sight of young students.
I noticed Aqua looking at me as if to say
'That's them?'
I nodded in return and her eyes widened.
I'm pretty sure she knew as soon as she saw them. After all, she did also have the ability to see evil spirits.
That day when Aqua entered the school building and found no one there, we had told her about the agents.
Scarlett, Elena, and I noticed the evil spirits beforehand by accident, and had specially went up to the Principal's office to make up a lie. We told him that someone suspicious had hung around at a corner and had planted a bomb in the school (he was gullible enough to believe that). I suggested the school day be cancelled for investigation, but we forgot to mention it to Aqua until the day after.
When I snapped back into reality, I saw a guy with green eyes duck under the table this time.
One of the spirits that looked like agents, unfortunately saw this and lifted the table up.
As he grabbed the collar of the green eyed boy's shirt with no effort at all, I heard Aqua shout, "Let him go!"
Woah Aqua protecting a dude this time and not Scarlett? What is Scarlett doing anyway?
I glanced over at her, glaring blankly at the agents.
I stood there frozen.
The guy that was now clanging on the agent's index finger was smiling brightly.
Does that dude and Aqua know each other?
Now that I look at it from afar, the size of that green eyed dude was nowhere near close to the Agent.
He was like a small pea compared to them.
