Jenny's POV:
I stood on the front porch, not moving a muscle. By this time, the sky started dimming and it was getting cooler.I wrapped my arms around my sleeved shirt and shivered slightly.
My legs were numb but I didn't want to shake it or it'd hurt.
I've waited for exactly three hours and they still haven't came yet.
Maybe they were late?
Or....dead?!!Or worse, MAYBE THEIR LEGS WERE BITTEN OFF MY AN ALLIGATOR AND THEN A BLACK HOLE CAME AND SWALLOWED THEM UP AND THEN THEY TRIED TO ESCAPE AND COULDN'T AND LEFT THEIR FIRST AID KIT AT HOME.
No way.
I shook away the treacherous thoughts and pressed my temples. They're fineeeeeee I know ittttttt.
NO THEY'RE NOT.
I did a horrible job in trying to convince myself.I glanced down at the watch Scarlett gave me. It was bronze and a little rusted, although the time clearly printed on the screen.
7:00
"Miss us?" Someone suddenly asked.
Huh?
I looked to see who it was."Rachel!!!"
I said in glee, trying to jump off but my feet was still numb. I couldn't feel my step and it felt like thousands of needles pricking into my feet.ACUPUNCTURE.
Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow.
"Somethin' wrong with your feet?" Another voice said.
"HEY SCARL—somethin' wrong with your hair?" I glanced up to look at that unruly head of hair that now looked like she was strangled and bitten by—
I gasped. ALLIGATORS!
"Ugh don't remind me." She stated dully, giving Rachel a glare. Rachel returned it with an innocent smile.
"Well my feet feels like...well actually, I don't feel anything—ow."
"Jennnnyyy how long have you been standing there?" Elena ran up to my feet and poked it.
The stinging increased and I tried lifting my legs.
"Uh..uhm three hours." I said quickly, looking down.
"Awwweee you were worried about us." Elena stood up and started pinching both my cheeks.
"HEY I ALREADY HAVE PAIN IN MY FEET I DON'T NEED IT ON MY FACE." I spat in her face.
She drew back in alarm, and wiped the spit off her face.
Heh oops.
Wait.....where's Aqua?
My heart collapsed for a moment and I looked at Scarlett, Rachel, and Elena. They're eyes looked down on the ground, like something bad had happened.
"Where's Aqua...?" I asked.
They looked up at me and their smiles fell.
One by one, their heads shook slowly.I felt tears piercing at the corner of my eyes when a hand fell on my shoulder.
"Ah, why the glum face?"
