Challenge to write in the style of Lewis Carroll based on the Jabberwocky

Wingaroo

A salty day, winds awinding

Clorids peeping through the dew

Appeared a moment in the sprag

Then fast away it flew

Four droddy banding bounces

And the clavi call, "Klooroo!"

On a barsh of air all dithery

Up soared the Wingaroo

Where it had sconced emplod

'Neath galltid mup so weg

A single nup of porchid scale

The Wingaroo's solitary egg

Bereft of parent's ploofy pocket

The baby Winget cried, "Klee! Klee"

"Klooroo," returned the trilly cry.

"Hush, hush, or they will see."

The gritch of didgy footsteps

Passed close, souft and sny

The Winget housh and dawry kept

As the borkid tem tramped by

Safe time past, sunshine brilt

"Klooroo," the Wingaroo descended

Embraced the Winget's porchid scale

The dangerous flerm was ended

Alice

A simple tale in eager ear

they hear as days go by.

Children in a willing Wonderland,

dreaming as the summers die.

Alice, a boat lingering yet,

dreaming memories,

never seen, but haunts me still

beneath the paled sky.

Echoes nestle

in the golden gleam;

an Autumn frost drifting onward.

Life is but a lingering dream.
