sinb's alarm had been blaring for at least an hour before she actually got up. the two girls were running behind miserably so sinb already knew they'd be late. sinb took a shower but forgot her football uniform so she had to get out with only a towel and a sports bra on. yerin blushed and looked all around the room to avoid looking at sinb get dressed. "go shower. i'll get you something to wear." sinb said, stretching with her jersey half up and making her ab muscles pop. yerin nodded, her face burning due to sinb's hotness, and rushed to the bathroom. once the door closed, she leaned against the wall and took a deep breath but became even more flustered thinking about their kiss the night before.

sinb went to eunha's room and went into her closet, looking through her clothes and grabbing a yellow knee length dress. sinb shouldn't have but due to rushing, she went into the bathroom without knocking first. "i don't know if this is okay but-" mid sentence, sinb froze up as she saw yerin completely naked. she'd seen yerin naked before but last time the bruises took her attention away from how nice yerin's body really was. yerin flinched and quickly grabbed the shower curtain, her head spinning from embarrassment. "i'm sorry! here are your clothes!" sinb said, panicked and she threw them on the counter before pulling the door shut. neither girl had moved after that, both in pure shock.

"fucking idiot! why didn't you knock?" sinb scolded herself quietly, her face turning pink as she thought about yerin's pretty body. sinb groaned and smacked herself in the head. "sinb, you're not a pervert. don't prove eunha correct." sinb went to get her bag and helmet and ran downstairs to go start her car. she threw her stuff in the back and hopped in the driver's seat, waiting for her ducky. minutes later, yerin came out the door in the yellow dress and her slightly worn converses. sinb had always liked yerin's aesthetic but that was the best by far. sinb reached over and pushed the passenger seat door open for yerin. "you're sitting up here with me today."

yerin smiled shyly and got in, placing her bookbag on the floor between her legs. "do you like it?" sinb asked, taking them to school. "hm?" "the dress. do you like the way it looks on you?" sinb asked more clearly this time. yerin looked at the dress and shrugged timidly. "oh... y-yeah. it's okay." sinb hummed and shrugged as well. "i think it looks great on you." sinb said and looked at yerin briefly, winking at her before turning her attention back to the road. yerin looked down at her dress again and this time she smiled because sinb never lied to her so she believed she looked just as sinb said she did.

"thank you, sinb." yerin said genuinely as her amazing smile spread across her face. sinb parked where she always did and took yerin's hand as they walked into school together. yerin knew she'd get picked on if anyone saw so she tried to pull her hand from sinb's but the football player refused to let go of her head. "well, hello, sinb AND yerin, together, holding hands?" eunseo said, crossing her arms as she stood in front of the two, making sinb giggle.

"you know i can do whatever i want, right? why are you still on my case when you cheated on me?" sinb asked, getting angrier everytime eunseo opened her mouth. yerin felt awkward since they were fighting about her so she told sinb she'd leave and went to class. "what is it, eunseo?! what more could you possibly want from me?!" eunseo smirked with satisfaction and hummed. "announce that we're back together at the game tonight." "but we-" "just because i like the status i have as your girlfriend. we won't be dating but we'll act like it."

sinb scoffed and looked at eunseo like she was stupid. "what good would that do for me?" "you'll find out." sinb knew it was a threat but she couldn't give less of a fuck. "if you plan on sending that lame ass boyfriend of yours after me, don't bother. he'll get beat up again." sinb said, walking away after. eunseo's face turned red with anger and she sent a text message to someone. now all she had to do was wait and watch sinb crumble.

once the final bell rang, everyone poured out of the classrooms, excited for the game. "captain b! coach wants us to do reps before the game!" jungkook called, motioning sinb over towards the gym. sinb had planned on finding yerin but what coach said, she did so she took off after jungkook. yerin looked aimlessly around for sinb, sowon or even lisa. she just wanted to see someone she knew. clearly the devil heard it before god did because eunwoo and changkyun showed up. "ah! just who we were looking for." changkyun said, acting as if they weren't following her since class got out.

"sinb sent us to pick you up and take you home." eunwoo said extremely convincingly. yerin thought about what sowon said but why would they lie about that? so she went along not expecting what was to come next.

"she's fast like lightning and leaving the other team in the dust! will they stop her before she- touchdown!" the sports commentator exclaimed, the home crowd going crazy as sinb got the first touchdown of the game. though she just got a touchdown, something felt off. she looked around the home crowd and saw her mom, eunha, sowon and umji even but no yerin. she brushed it off since she had a game to play and got ready for the next play. by the end of the game, they had won forty two to thirty. sinb put on a big smile but she was still hoping for yerin to show up.

the team picked up their captain and carried her across the field to flaunt in the losing team's faces. that night, the team went out for drinks to celebrate the win even though they were all too young to get into a bar. while all that was going down, yerin was in need of immediate help.
