I. Do. Not. Know this many people. I knew I shouldn't have left this for Lexie to plan the girl is a party animal. I am the actual most socially awkward person on this planet. Sure I am hot, awesome, and cool but I cannot socialize I try to avoid it at all costs and when I do have to I am sobbing on the inside. I just want to cuddle up in my bed with Billie and watch a romantic movie. You know we've never done that but that seems pretty dope. Also I didn't put any protection in my hair so through the day it just slowly kept curling back up again. Annoying but I do like my curls, it's my personal beauty standard which means I gotta maintain it everyday.

"Lexie" I said with an obvious tone

"Im sorry I thought this should be memorable for you"

"You already know me" I whined

"I know" she smirked

She did this on purpose see that mf always wants to get on my nerves god. Billie and I walked in holding hands and I greeted my dad and my brothers. The first person I noticed though was her.

"I can't believe you invited her!" I said excitedly to Lexie

"Invited who?" Billie said confused

"Come here let me introduce you!"

I haven't seen her in two years. Growing up my moms side of the family was always my favorite no offense to my dad or whatever but they were more fun and accepting to be around. My cousins on that side are like my best friends. Lexie invited my best bitch Angel (pronounced in spanish) people always think we're twins but we don't see it. She's my cousin.

"YO Ángel get your ass over here!" I said hugging her

"Prima! How you doin? I'm proud of you dude!" she said in return

"I'm doing good, This is billie a very good friend of mine. Billie this is Angel my cousin"

"nice to meet you" Billie said putting her hand out

"girl no handshakes we aint at a business meeting" Angel said going in for a hug i could tell Billie got a good first impression from her. Angel will make friends with anyone. She don't care. She grew up living at her grandmas house most of her life with her mom and little brother and I think that's what made her come out as such a good person. she won't judge you for anything.
We talked for a little and Angel went with her boyfriend YUCK. It was already dark out and people were crazy partying I didn't know half of them. Billie and I just stood in a corner eating cake which wasn't half as bad as the birthday cake i got last year. Lexie knows better than too throw a party this big, I don't know what has gotten into her. She's been so pushy lately and I know i need to get out there more. If I am being honest this party doesn't feel like it's for me. I bored, it just feels like an excuse for them to party. But I am happy tonight.

"Billie, let's get out of here" I said to her

"Isn't this a party for you?" she laughed

"Nah. They won't notice that we're gone" I said holding her hand

And just like that we ran out the door laughing as if we were running away to another country. I don't know where our destination will be but it will find us. I unlocked my car and we went. The roof down J cole blasting through the speakers. We are out of there. You know where our destination was? Drive thru ice cream and a private beach that says no trespassing, dangerous? A little bit we need an adventure we can remember together it's been nearly two months since we met. We got out of the car and sat leaning against it looking towards the water.

"You really don't think they noticed we are gone?" Billie asked me

"Oh no i can assure you none of those motherfuckers know who I am" I laughed

"you couldve just kicked them all out it's your house after all" She said

"I know but i would've rather stayed with you alone somewhere calm" I admitted

"Really? You just ran out of a party made entirely for you just to spend time together with me?" She was blushing even in the dark i could tell when she blushed

"Billie you are the best thing that has ever happened to me why wouldn't i" I said cupping her cheek

Billie came in with a kiss it was a slow one, one that really mattered. That one kiss where you don't acknowledge anything else around you, where everything is perfect and theres no problem in the world stressing you out. It was that kiss. Under the stars next to the beach it was straight tour of a romance movie. I've never had that kiss.

"I love you" she said

"You don't have to say it back I know you and-"

"I love you too" I said cutting her off

I've never said I love you to someone and actually meant it like I do now. Genuinely I love her. I want to scream it out for everyone to hear I LOVE BILLIE.  When I was with Scott I said I love you, I thought I meant it at the time but I don't really think I did. It all felt forced he never loved me. I was giving love and not receiving any back. But right now is different she knew I'm not the type to say I love you and she said i didn't have to say it back but i did. I love you. There needs to be a different way to say I love you. Those words are used everyday. I love you. What can I say to prove I really mean it? I love you.

"I don't know how I lived my life not knowing you were out there" I said

Call it too fast. CALL IT TOO SOON! but man I've never felt this way with anyone before. You know that feeling when even if you two are almost completely opposite you totally understand each other? This is that. She is that person.

"You really mean that?" She asked

"Yeah I do"

"HEY GET OUT OF HERE THIS IS A PRIVATE BEACH" someone yelled from afar

Billie and I laughed and ran back into the car getting out of there as fast as we could. We thought we made it out of there but soon enough the red and blue lights were right behind us.

"ooohhhh fuck" i said looking into the rear view

"shit" billie said looking behind us
