Soleil sighed as she fiddled with the end of her hair because she could not give two shits really about this court hearing. From what she heard; the Senate wants to take away Tony's suit and also have her (Sunbeam) turned over to the control of the military. The fuck?!

She was sitting behind Tony; who was seated at the front table with the Senate and other judges at the higher table ahead of them.
"Hey.." Tony turned around to whisper to her. "Don't you think it would be cool to have the suit be portable."
"Portable, how?" Soleil whispered back. They could have used telepathy but it would have been weird if they were just staring at each other and smiling.
"Like I could carry the suit in a suitcase! Get it?!" Tony smirked.
Soleil groaned quietly. "Minus the underlying joke in that sentence. That's not a bad idea. Having your suit on hand would be beneficial since I won't be able to shift whenever you need me."
"Exactly. Though I am quite capable myself, I'll have you know." Tony gave a smug grin.
"I was just saying." Soleil rolled her eyes.
She knows Tony is capable of handling himself and his suits but she would hate to be put in a situation where her being Soleil is useless but she can not just shift into Sunbeam in public.
The gavel was hit a few times ahead of them to get their attention and then came Senator Stern's voice. "Mr. Stark. Could we pick up now where we left off? Mr. Stark, please."
"We can talk about it more, later. Turn around." Soleil smiled.
Tony smiled back before turning around to face the panel of judges, specifically at the Senator. "Yes, dear?"
