Valentine's Day

(Soleil's POV)

Soleil knew Tony had wanted to take it into his own hands -with his own tech- to find information on Soleil's past. But Soleil had told him that SHIELD basically already had everything they needed on her since they had been following her for most of her life anyway, so they would know about her past.

Tony had vehemently disagreed with her decision to use SHIELD to track down her parents, but Soleil just really wanted to get the information they knew on her. Something to start them off with, and when she made her decision 'final', Tony -eventually- relented.

It was not a fun phone call for Soleil, as she had to speak to Nick Fury; who was pleased that Soleil was asking SHIELD for yet another favour. As the first time she did it, it was for information on her powers back in 2009-2010 and now about her family roughly three years later.

Fury happily informed her that she would now owe him a favour, which she would have to do whenever he felt the need to call upon her. Soleil did not argue with him and just told him to send all the information they had on her to Stark's private server.

-It's always a pleasure doing business with you, Soleil.- Fury stated.

"Since when?" Soleil rolled her eyes, not like Fury could see her anyway. "And I thought you did not enjoy being in our 'business'."

-Maybe I should be more specific then. Mr. Stark tends to cause more 'infuriating' business than you, if that makes you feel better.-

"No comment."

-Hm.- Fury hums and Soleil can see the smirk gracing his lips though the tone of his voice remains the same. -I'll send you the file when I find time.-

"What?! Can't you get Maria to send it or something, if you're so busy." Soleil argued.

-We have other things here to do, Ms. Marcella. We can't drop everything we are doing to recover your files that are probably somewhere down in our archives.- Fury explains.

"Are you telling me; you don't have a digital copy of this information?" Soleil raised a brow.

-We've learned our lesson from the last time your boyfriend hacked into our servers. So, we decided to keep the more important things on paper before deleting their digital copies. Now, they have been safely organized and stored deep in SHIELD's archives.-

"Well, I can't blame you for doing that. Especially if my information is being held in high regards to be stored using a hard copy." Soleil brushed her hair over her shoulder. She was sitting on the foot of her bed in her's and Tony's shared bedroom, while he was off somewhere in the tower.

She could not exactly argue with Fury on this, so Soleil inhaled and then exhaled slowly as she asked him a question. "How long am I looking here?"

-Hard to tell. SHIELD's been working on something big, once again ..though I hate to admit it thanks to your boyfriend.- Fury sighed. -Maybe you'll be able to see it in the coming year or so..-

Soleil cut him off. "I have to wait a year?!"

-I didn't say that.- Fury said quickly, sounding not too happy for being cut off. -The project SHIELD's working on will take around a year to finish. As for your file, give us a few months.-

"A few months?!" Soleil's brows furrowed, as she looked to her side at the Stark tablet she had beside her. She brought up a calendar; it already being February, Soleil looked down the line. "August."

-Excuse me?-

"August. That gives 6 months for either you, Maria or whoever you send to go dig out that file and send it over." Soleil said making a note for Jarvis to send Fury a reminder when said month comes. "Does that work for you, Nick~?"
