Soleil was leaning against the passenger door of the Red Audi R8 e-tron, wringing out the ends of her braids that still had some wetness which crossed over from her shift after diving into the ocean.
Tony had told her to hold for a moment as there was something he wanted to do before they leave Malibu today. So while she left him to do that, Soleil got lost in her own thoughts.

A lot has happened in the few days since Tony had left the hospital, and thankfully none of them were bad. Well, maybe other than Tony acting like a giant brat with Soleil babying him for the first full day at the penthouse. But Tony proved to be more resilient than any of them -her, Rhodey and Pepper- thought and managed just fine going through his daily motions by himself.
Though he never turned down Soleil showering with him, when she in fact only offered to help him change his bandages but she did not mind too much.
Tony was doing so well that he even wanted to celebrate the New Year, but only with the two of them. Surprisingly -or unsurprisingly- he really wanted them to have a proper and quiet celebration alone after everything that went down, and Soleil could not agree more.
So on the 31st, they spent the day together watching whatever movie they really felt like putting on. Cuddling close on the couch, sharing a kiss here and there, popcorn being thrown here and there, with both of them just having a grand old time.
When it came to dinner, they decided to cook together which was a rare occurrence in this passing year but they enjoyed the bonding time. Let's just say another food fight ensued but once dinner was finished, they set the table before going off to take a shower and dress up.
Soleil wore light makeup, and kept her braids down. Since they would just be staying in the comforts of their own home, she did not want to go crazy but still wanted to look good for Tony. So she picked out black Ester Abner Couture black tulle illusion dress.
It was off shoulder with a sharp sweetheart neckline, an illusion corset, long tulle sleeves that ran down to her hands. The inner skirt cut at her mid thigh while the tulle overlay ran down to the floor. She paired the dress with some Giuseppe Zanotti design double strap heels and -like always- kept her treasured set of earrings on.
