"Conflict I sense in you master Obi wan." Yoda said as he joined the Jedi in the court yard of the Jedi temple. "On your mind a pressing matter is." He added and Obi Wan sighed as he brought a finger to his chin. The Jedi was obviously lost in thought as he looked out at Kira who sat with Echo under the shade of a blooming tree. She was busy telling him many things about earth and how she would take him with her to see it all one day. The clone seemed absolutely awestruck by her. He hung on every single word that she said. His eyes sparkled as he watched her talk, filling his mind with useless information about MTV, popcorn, Michael Jackson, vinyl records, and Queen. Obi Wan wanted to smile at the display but something bothered him. "You felt it too, didn't you?" He asked Yoda as he turned to him. The small green Jedi hummed in response. "A great disturbance in the force there was when Kira 'died'." He said and Obi wan nodded, confirming that this was what he was thinking about. "So then, is it true? What I and all the Jedi felt is true?" He asked and Yoda nodded. His head hung low as if he were grieving or unpleased with the news he was about to tell the other Jedi. "Yes." He replied, his voice quiet almost as if he were afraid to speak. "There is another."

"Cal," Cere said as she entered the hold of the mantis, looking for the ginger haired Jedi. He turned, pausing his conversation with Merrin to recognize the Jedi master calling his name. "You may want to check on your friend you brought aboard. I think she's awake." Cal stood and headed to the back of the ship where the girl who was found unconscious laid. But now she was wide awake and sitting up on the cot like bed. Her oversized sweatshirt covering her chest made her look uniquely small and her hazel eyes were wide with terror as she looked up at him in what Cal could only describe as pure terror. "Hey," he said softly as he leaned down to her. "Are you alright?" She didn't say anything at first. She just stared at him. Cal could tell there was something off about her. He could sense it in the force, an energy, failing to be suppressed miserably through the force.
When she didn't answer right away he kneeled before her. She was about a head shorter then him and he was now having to look up to her. "I'm Cal Kestis." He introduced himself. "You aren't in any kind of danger anymore." He added, sensing her fear. "When you passed out back there I kinda felt responsible for you. So I brought you back with me. My crew and I have been making sure that you got plenty of rest and we're able to heal." He added but she was still dead silent. "What's your name?" He asked, a small smile tugging at his lips as he tried to be amiable with her. He thought his efforts were lost until finally she spoke. "Sunni." She said. "Sunni Foster." She added. Cal's smile widened. "It's nice to meet you Sunni Foster." He said kindly. "Cal Kestis?" She said his name back to him, he nodded. "Where the hell am I?"

{A/N}
I was originally going to write a direct sequel to this story but I chose instead to do a sort of spin off. SUNRISE features Cal Kestis and the other characters of Jedi Fallen Order. It happens after RADICAL and hopefully Kira will make an appearance 😛 look out for it coming soon!
