The next day at school...
( Bokuto stayed another night at Akaashi's house and slept successfully. He and Akaashi got up and went to school early. )
"Good morning, love birds." Was what Akaashi and Bokuto were welcomed the next day of school by Kuroo as he wiggled his eyebrows up and down. Akaashi and Bokuto acknowledged Kuroo was talking to them but walked right past as Kuroo scoffed with all offense taken. They were now far away from Kuroo. as the two were walking their hands would sometimes touch each other gently from time to time and each time, they flushed.
They touched. But this time, Bokuro took a grip of Akaashi's hand until they were hand in hand with a tight grip. Akaashi's heart was stuck in his throat.
Suddenly, Bokuto started to slip his hand away but Akaashi grasped on it harder and Bokuto jumped a little as he gasped. Bokuto looked behind him after feeling a rock hit his hand. " HAHAHAHAHA! lOVE BIRDS!" Yaku shouted from afar, but clear enough to see Akaashi roll his eyes. " HEY! I CAN SEE YOU ROLL YOUR EYES AKASHI! YOU'RE LUCKY YOUR BOYFRIEND IS THE CAPTIN OTHERWISE YOU WOULD HAVE TO RUN A HUNDRED LAPS! AND ONE HUNDRED OF THOSE 90 DEGREE KICKS OF MINE!"
" Yaku, maybe you should say that a little louder so that Africa can hear you."
"Shut up, Osamu!"
"They said they wanted to keep it a secret, but unfortunately for them, half the school knows now."

Akaashi dragged Bokuto into the gymnasium. They were both red. Akaashi wanted to be around Bokuto more. To be so genuine, so comfortable with him. "Um...hey...would you like to come over to my place after school..uh...again?"
"I wouldn't like to."
"Oh..." Akaashi gulped hard. Akaashi was so disappointed it was unexplainable. I guess he was right. Bokuto hadn't liked him. All the signals...they were all Akaashi's imagination...
" I would love to," Bokuto said with the biggest, yet nervous smile to exist. Akaashi blushed so much. Bokuto laughed and it was like music to Akaashi's ears. he blushed harder. Bokuto laughed harder. "W-what?" Akaashi asked still rose-coulured.
"It's just you're so red. it's -I'm sorry..." Bokuto trailed off through laugher. Akaashi slowly but surely started to chuckle. Akaashi gazed into Bokuto's eyes nervously. he looked down for a second then looked back up to find Bokuto still staring at him. he chuckled anxiously."Soo...-" Akaashi before he thanked god for the interruption. " What up?!" Kuroo and the team walked in with cheeky smirks on their faces. They started to practice and...
TIME SKIP..............
The end of practice...
"Great practice, guys!" Bokuto smiled. he walked off from the team." See you in Science, Tendou!"
"See ya!" Tendou shot back. Bokuto and Akaashi started to walk to class together.
" Hey, Kashi?"
"hmm?"
" Why didn't you tell me about our past life?"
"oh, right. um, I was scared cause I liked- like you. And I didn't know what and how to tell you. Why?"
"Oh, ok. I was just curious."
They reached class and Akaashi and Bokuto were asked to both present their English homework. Luckily, Bokuto actually had a great presentation all thanks to Akaashi.
TIME SKIP...............
after class...
"Hey, thanks for helping me with homework! I definitely wouldn't have gotten an A without you." Bokuto said walking out of class." We should hang out uh, study together more." Bokuto scratched the back of his head. Akashi stopped, looked at Bokuto then continued walking. How about we study and hang out more?"
" YeAH!" Akaashi giggled. Bokuto stared deeply as if he had never stared before at Akaashi. Captured in his beauty. He stayed like this for a couple of minutes. "Wha-what?" Still staring at Akaashi, he opened his mouth to speak but his lungs closed up, his mouth moved slightly but no words would come out. Bokuto snapped himself back to reality but he was still staring at him. His feet moved, why wouldn't his head? His throat was dry. Akaashi and he were ruby red. Bokuto finally managed to move his head. " You know Akaashi you're the most beautiful person I have ever met...."
