IDK how long this time skip should be but just imagine it as like 6weeks - a month
?? but they are on holiday.

Also, warning: slight angst buttt don't worry, trust me

Akaashi and his family had gone on a business trip and Akaashi had to come because they had a family member there-- they had died so they come to give their condolences. They insisted Bokuto came but, he had a check-up at the hospital. He wasn't dreading it. Akaashi had been away for only a few days. Bokuto longed for him and missed him deeply but, they talked every day; face timing and texting.

.

.

.

" So how many days until the check-up?"

" You asked me this 4 days agoo!!!"

"And so I ask again. Problem?"

" 5 days."

"ok. Good to know. How are you?"

"I'm good... But I miss u..."

": I miss u too I wish I didn't have to go. I know it's selfish but still..."

" It's ok. I wish u were here too. "

"I have to go now. Sorry. My parents are nagging me because the person my parents are having a business deal with, has a daughter and they want me to hang out with her."

"It's okay! I actually need to go too!"
lie.

"Bye."

"Bye, I lo-" Bokuto was cut off by Akaashi hanging up. It's ok he's just busy...with that girl..I know he's bi. dammit! Stop!

God, I hate that I have to leave Bokuto. I hate that I'm not next to him. On top of that, I won't be there for his check-up! I know well that he can't sleep without me and I still left him. What the hell is wrong with me?! I'm so aggravating. He probably thinks so too. Is this what it's gonna be like when we go to college? I wish I could get into the same one like him...but he probably doesn't want that. he'll get sick of me and break up with me. I can't let that happen. But instead of being with yen ( the girl he had to be with), I'll be doing school work... Omg and I went off with a girl...what is he gonna think about that! Why am I even asking myself that? I know what he's thinking! That's what I'd think. And I said I'm bi. Well, I am but...UGH!

Akaashi's heart raced and he trembled. He was having a panic attack. This was common when he wasn't with Bokuto.--It was funny how much they loved and relied on each other. What would they do without the other? -- It was common because his own mind overwhelmed him too much to the point it worried his whole family and Bokuto. But he brushed it off continuously. "Hey, Akaashi! Akaashi! Earth to Akaashi! Are you having another panic attack?" Akaashi nodded to the girl's words. Yen was his best friend. "Deep breaths. Whatever you're thinking, it's not true! Your thoughts don't consume you and you control your thoughts! So...snap out of it!" Yen put on a strong and confident figure in front of Akaashi, but on the inside, she was deeply worried about her best friend. Akaashi's breathing slowly but surly slowed and relaxed. " Good. What happened?"
"I don't want to talk about it.."
"Akaashi, you can tell me anything, I won't judge."
"I know, I just- I don't want to talk about it." Akaashi looked down at the grass. ( they were in a park) Yen hugged Akaashi tightly as Akaashi hugged back.

(Conveniently, Kuroo so happened to be where Akaashi was on holiday and even more conveniently, he was in this park. Knowing of the fact that Akaashi and Bokuto were dating, he took a photo in shock and confusion. )

"So, when are you going to confess to Aimi? The girl you have an undying love for." Yen blushed, which didn't help Akaashi's case. Kuroo snapped another photo of her blushing. " Hey! Shut -up! You know I'm happy you're with Bokuto but, now I can't tease you that you haven't confessed to him!" Akaashi blushed and Kuroo took another photo. "Whatever!"

Kuroo sent the three photos to his best friend, Bokuto.

.

.

Kuroo sent three attachments.

Once Bokuto saw these photos, it felt as if his world fell apart. He didn't hold back the tears that rushed down his face. He was in his bedroom alone, now looking through his window into Akaashi's room reminiscing on his memories with Akaashi. No. He told himself. I need an explanation. I should trust Keiji. He would never do this to me. Trust. He breathed in and out before texting Kuroo.

Bokuto: Where did you get this?

Kuroo: I'm at a park and I saw this. I thought you should know...
Kuroo: I'm sorry bro

Bokuto: No I refuse to let myself believe this!
Bokuto: Keiji wouldn't do this...
Bokuto: I love him and he loves me!
Bokuto: THEY'RE JUST FRIENDS!

Kuroo: FRIENDS?! tHEY'RE HUGGING AND BLUSHING! YEAH, FRIENDSHIP!

Bokuto: Just stop okay?
Bokuto: I just need to talk to Kaashi!

.

.

.

Kou: Keiji? What's this?
Kou sent three attachments

"Hang on, it's Bokuto. Let me call him."

"Okay! I'd love to meet him!" Yen giggled.

"Don't embarrass me!"

"I won't...maybe!"

"Hey, Don't!"

Akaashi called Bokuto and he immediately picked up.- they were on facetime-

"Bokuto? Ha-have you been crying?"

"Look at the pictures sent you and you'll understand why."

"What?" Akaashi looked at the photos and Yen leaned in and looked at them too revealing her face on the facetime call.

"Great. You."

"It's not what it looks like!" Akaashi and Yen said in union.

"Well, have fun doing what's 'not what it looks like'. Akaashi, we're-"

"No! DON'T SAY IT! Please! Just let me explain." At this point, akaashi started sobbing quietly as tears streamed down his face. Akaashi looked around the park and noticed Kuroo out of the corner of his eye. He pointed to him and said," Yen, You're going to need to chase after him for me!"
"Okay.." Yen was a very fast runner. Her mother had won multiple marathons and Yen took interest in running and trained running a lot.  She quickly got to Kuroo and dragged him back. "Please, Koutarou, just trust me...I love you..." Akaashi's heart clenched as he hung up. He pushed Kuroo onto the floor and yelled at him." HOW COULD YOU?! I LOVE BOKUTO! YOU HAD TO SCREW EVERYTHING UP! KUROO, YOU KNOW NOTHING, YOU CAN'T JUST BARGE IN HERE ASSUMING THE WHOLE SITUATION AND MISTAKE IT THEN RUIN MY RELATIONSHIP WITH BOKUTO, ONE I WORKED SO HARD TO HAVE! GOD, I HAVE NO WORDS TO EXPRESS HOW MUCH I HATE YOU!" Akaashi said through his aggravating pain and tears. He ran off. Kuroo looked down sympathetic then stood up and glared at Yen. "Wow, you're a horrible person. He's been in love with Bokuto for, like, EVER! And, you just ruined that. Bokuto just tried to break up with Akaashi. We're just friends. Plus, I'm more into girls." Yen smiled sarcastically then walked off leaving Kuroo dumbfounded and, worse of all, guilty.

A/n: I feel bad for making Kuro a bad guy, but I had to. I hoped you liked that and I loved writing Akaashi go off cus yesssss.
