Five hoped to spent birthday with his family, but Hargreeves siblings doesn't seem to care. So he's left with one person

1st of October was always the worst, and the best day of Five Hargreeves life at once. 

As a kid, Reginald never let them have a birthday party, or even give each other a gifts

In apocalypse, he always remembered this one special day, when the fall came, summoning all the memories of his siblings. 

And, now when everything was as it was supposed to be, it didn't went as Five planned

9 am 

Five woke up, expecting his siblings to be i here at any moment. The house was silent, and he decided to have some coffee downstairs

11 am

This awful little voice was ringing in his head, but Five muted it, telling himself that it's still early, and Klaus is probably still sleeping, same with everyone else... It was boring here, Sundays always were boring for five, since he started attending university he had something to do during week. Fuck weekends

3 pm

Five promised himself, that the best gift for his siblings was his presence, but since he had so much time he went to the store to look for something to give them. Oh, how he hoped that they'll bring something for him too, he never ever get gift from no one. Reginald never celebrated their birthday and then he run away..

6 pm

Now Five was nervous, this voice in his head rang out in silence of empty house. Was it possible for them to forget? No, definitely no, he told himself. At least Klaus or Vanya would show up right? 

9.46 pm

Ring to the door woke Five up from a next nightmare, he felt a little bit dizzy. Next sound of doorbell ringed in his head, making it hurt. He slowly got up from the couch heading to the door. 

"N?" the shock on his face was visible when he opened the door  "why are you here?"

"eehh.. I guess I'm here for this amazing chair in the living room" you crossed your arms "For your birthday idiot" you entered the door, being passing Five 

"Where are everyone? I thought yall were born in same day" that made Five sigh as he followed you to his bedroom

"They didn't seemed to care" whisper was quiet, but you heard it anyway. You knew Hargreeves were weird to say at least but you never expected them do this to Five. It's like they didn't even knew he had emotions

If you were being honest, you saw this broken expression on Fives face, and it broke you too, oh you'll have a talk with them. you will.

"Have you ate anything? " the answer was obvious with Five but you asked anyway . He shook his head "I'll order curry"

an hour after, you two were lying on the roof under some blankets to keep you warm. It was late at night, around 11 pm  you thought. Five was seemingly feeling better, he even laughed a few of your jokes

It was such a nice way to hang out, especially with him. As a good friend [with benefit], you were recognizing the signs he was giving to you, like he didn't talk much or made sarcastic comments as always

In fact, he was incredibly clingy, tugging to you all the time touching you in any way

"Stargazing was a good idea hm?" you whispered to Five, who was now lying his head on you chest

"Yeah.." you heard the mumble as his grip tightened around your waist "...you look beautiful in the night" blushing hardly, you tried stopping chuckles

"Are you assuming that I do not look beautiful every day?" Five laughed

"Shut up"

"I love you too" smile grown on your face like a crazy
