"Wake up," a man's voice said. "You can't honestly be planning on sleeping all day can you?"
Justin opened his eyes to see a man and woman standing next to each other, the man had his arm over the woman's shoulder. Justin looked at the to of them, he couldn't help but feel calm looking at them. "Who are you?" Justin asked. "Why do you seem so familiar to me?"
The man had black hair and brown eyes and had a goatee. The woman had brown hair and brown eyes looking at her made Justin feel safe. He suddenly noticed a figure standing alone in the corner, it's back turned towards him.
Justin squinted at the figure as he tried to make out who it was. "Hey," Justin called. "Why are you all alone?"
The figure kept its back facing Justin and walked towards the door, stopping in front of it. The figure turned its head, its face still hidden. "Don't bother looking for me," it said with the voice of a boy. "You won't be finding me anytime soon."
Justin suddenly felt a sense of dread overwhelm him. "Wait!" he shouted after the figure as he walked out the door, disappearing. "Don't leave!"
The scenery began to change. Justin was now standing in his room with Alpha next to him, the bodies of the man and woman from before lying on the floor in a puddle of blood. Striker was standing above the bodies, a sinister smile stretched across his face. Justin could feel rage building up inside of him. "You killed them!" he heard himself shouting at Striker.
Striker laughed. "Then do something about it," he challenged. "Show me your true power."
Justin's blinding rage started to grow even more, making him take shorter breaths. He could feel all of his rage begin to turn to power as his necklace started to glow. His eyes glowed bright white as a pulse of blinding energy surged from Justin.
Justin sat up in his bed, he was sweating and his head was hurting. He looked out the window to see that the moon was still up and it was still late at night. What the hell was that? he wondered. He felt something run over his lips, he put his fingers to his nose, pulling them away to see that he was having a bloody nose. Justin got up and walked into the bathroom, pulling toilet paper off the roll and using it to soak up the blood.
In the morning, Justin was eating breakfast with everyone else, but he wasn't able to stop thinking about what he had seen. Sam noticed Justin's silence and started to feel a little worried. "Hey, are you okay?" she asked him.
Justin gave same a small smile and nodded. "I'm fine," he said. "Just a bad dream."
"Oh, okay," Sam said. "If you ever want to talk about it, I'll be here for you."
Justin held her hand. "Thank you," he said. "That means a lot to me."
Sam smiled. It had been a week since they began living in the temple and Sam and Justin had been getting a little closer every day. Lucas noticed that the two of them were holding hands and started to make fun of them.
Sam picked up her knife and pointed it at Lucas. "Remember who it is that's training you, laughing boy," she said. "I can make it so that a slow and painful death would be the best thing in the world." Lucas instantly stopped talking and ate quietly.
Kylan looked at the seat at the head of the table where Mikados would normally be sitting. "Has anyone else noticed that Mikados is late?" he asked the others.
Porter looked at the empty seat. "What do you know," he said. "Guess we're free to do what we want today."
Sam shook her head. "I doubt that," she said. "He's probably thinking of changing our training partners."
