The faint beeping sound got louder as my eyes fluttered open. There was a small lamp excluding a warm glow in the room. I looked around to see that I resided in a hospital room with multiple machines attached to my body, which confused me as I was sure I had burned to death. Memories flooded my head—memories that were not mine. I lay there and sorted through these foreign memories. I was Bianca Elysia Bennett, the ignored little sister of Bonnie Sheila Bennett, which made me conclude that I had been reborn into my favorite TV series like those books I read online. But it seems like my life here isn't any better than my first. I was bullied by my sister, Caroline Forbes, and Elena Gilbert, who are her best friends. Abby Bennett, our mother, had already left us, and our father became a workaholic, leaving us under the care of our alcoholic grandmother, Sheila. The reason I was in the hospital was because my sister and her friends were bullying me, and they pushed me, causing me to fall down a flight of stairs. The three had fled, leaving me to bleed out at the bottom of the staircase. If it wasn't for Jeremy Gilbert, who alerted a teacher, resulting in them calling an ambulance, I would have died again. I had been in the hospital for three days, if the calendar was right.

A week had passed, and none of my family members had come to check on me except Jeremy. It seems like Jeremy and the original had been friends since they were five. I had been discharged and left the hospital with a pure white plaster on my left arm. I walked around town before finding the familiar house of the Bennett family. As soon as I entered, I felt something rush over me. I saw a golden hue surround me, and comfort filled me, but then I saw the trail leading throughout the house. I followed and arrived at the basement, where about 20 books were stored. The collection, covered in dust and spider webs, told me that they had been down here for a long time. Then I had a thought: if Sheila and Abby sealed Bonnie's powers, then maybe they sealed the originals as well, so I went through every book, and thanks to my photographic memory, I retained everything.

I was down in the basement for two days, going over the books and creating a spell to release my magic. I packed five candles in my bookbag and went up to the kitchen, where I saw Sheila and Rudy along with Bonnie.

"Bianca?" Rudy was questioned with disbelief in his eyes.

"Being away for so long made you forget your daughters?" I asked, but then looked at Bonnie and said, "Well, daughter, I guess we know your favorite now." I headed for the door.

"Where are you going, child?" Sheila piped.

"None of your business, Sheila." shock covered their faces, but I ignored them and left.

I walked around town and finally found the ground where the 100 Salem witches were burned. As I stepped on the soil, I heard their whispers, cries, and screams. I entered the house and drew a Pentagon in the center. I lit the candles and placed them at the points of the Pentagon, then sat in the center. I calmed myself, cleared my head, and began chanting.

Unlock, Unblock, and unchain
Restart, Reverse, and release

The magic that was sealed within, Unlock
The path I want to travel, Unblock
From the shackles that want to hold me hostage, Unchain

The flow that should have been restarted
The damages that had been made were reversed.
The laws that want to hold me, Release

As I chanted, the feeling of warmth surrounded me again, and I clung to it, pulling it within me and imagining it flowing through my veins. Immediately, pain racked my body, but I bit my lip, concealing the pain. I don't know how long I sat there, but when relief flooded my being, I sighed in contentment as I felt my magic in my core.

"Well, what do we have here?" I opened my eyes to see the past Bennett witches in their full glory in front of me. "A descendant of the Bennett line and a powerful one that removed herself from nature's law," I said, looking at my ancestors in awe.

Qetsiyah. Ayana. Emily. The three most powerful witches of their time stood in front of the rest, with their backs straight and confidence in their eyes.

"What is your name?" Emily questioned.

"Bianca Elysia Bennett," I responded, "the youngest Bennett sister."

"Yes, your sister Bonnie possesses immense power, but yours is unrestricted and stronger; it has more depth," Qetsiyah stated with a calculated smile.

"I can see the wheels turning in your heads," I told them. "Your personal vendetta has nothing to do with me unless it crosses with what I plan to do."

"But you are our descendant," an elderly witch said.

"Exactly, I'm your descendants, not your servant to do your bidding, and certainly not your soldier to be put in your battles." I stared at them and said, "This is my power, and I will use it as I see fit."

"And what exactly do you plan to do?" Ayana asked curiously.

"What needs to be done. Doing good to those who have been wronged and truly deserve it." I stared at them, daring them to say otherwise, but no one spoke. "I respect you all, but know this: if you get in my way, I can cut you from the magic you all love and hold dear."

"You are the bravest in our line I have seen," Qetsiyah said. "Did you know that?".

"You were all the bravest in your time, but thank you." I smiled at them and said, "It's in my blood."

"Do you know what your name means?" Emily questioned, "It means pure magic; I don't think your parents knew how fitting that name would be for you."

"We'll be watching your feats, Bianca, and watching you," they smiled and faded back to the other side.
