Third Person's POV
Klaus wakes up naked in the forest. He looks at the sun and smiles. Someone throws him some clothes. He turns his head. Elijah's there.
"You've been busy." He greeted.
"That was amazing. How long has it been?" Klaus said as he got dressed.
"Almost 2 days. The full moon came and went." Finn informed. "You remained a wolf."
"I can change at will, then. It's good to know." Klaus smiled. " I remember every single kill."
"Yes, we've been cleaning up your little mess along the way." Elijah spoke.
"Just like old times, brothers." Klaus grinned but frowned when he saw the serious air around his elder brothers. "What happened?"
"We are happy you are truly free, Niklaus." Finn started. "But something happened when you shifted."
"Something happened to Bianca." Elijah finally said. Klaus' form stiffened and in an instant, only Finn and Elijah remained where they were before they sped away. Klaus took off to the house, his brothers caught up to him easily keeping up with his swift strides. They moved silently through the forest. Finally, they came upon the house. They entered and were met with silence, they followed the sound of heartbeats and came across a room with the door open. Inside, they found Bianca on the bed. Her skin was pale and her eyes were closed, her breathing shallow. They had changed her into comfortable clothing. Klaus rushed to her side and took her hand, ignoring the pain in his chest. He caressed her face.

"Bianca." He whispered. "My little witch." Finn and Elijah moved closer, watching their youngest sibling with concern but also studying the room. Enzo and Rebekah were comforting each other on the small couch. Tyler stood at the side, arms folded with a blank expression. Jeremy had curled up on the only chair in the room. Kol was sat at the edge of the bed holding Bianca's hand. They exchanged glances, before making their way to their mates. Finn went to Tyler and his instincts took over, he found himself wrapping the larger teen in a hug. Rubbing his face against his chest, Tyler wrapped his arms around the elder male and buried his face in his neck. Elijah went to Jeremy and lifted him from the chair before sitting and pulling the male onto his lap. Jeremy leaned into Elijah, seeking comfort and reassurance.
Klaus continued to caress Bianca's cheek, confusion clear on his own face. "What happened? She was fine after the ritual." He looked around the room, his eyes meeting with each of their faces in turn.
"She's drained." Kol said through gritted teeth, his eyes locked on his mate's still form. "She did something...something reckless. She did two powerful spells one after the other. Her magic was building up inside her." His voice cracked on the last word. "She told Rebekah that she knew something would happen if she did the two spells. But she still chose to do them."
Klaus felt his heart shatter at the news. Bianca had risked everything for them, even knowing the consequences. "She did this for us?" He whispered, his thumb gently caressing her cheek.
"She said we waited so long to feel complete." Kol replied softly, his voice breaking. "She wanted us to be free no matter the consequence. Her magic put her in stasis until her magic deems her healthy enough to be awakened."
Klaus' eyes glistened with tears as he pressed a kiss to Bianca's forehead. "Silly girl, I waited 500 years, waiting on another full moon would be simple but thank you. I'll make sure you never get the chance to regret what you have done for me and my family. I'll take care of you." He promised, feeling a fierce determination to keep his mate safe, even if it meant giving up his freedom again.
~Elsewhere~
Damon Salvatore was walking through Mystic Falls, his mind occupied with thoughts of the previous night. He was missing a connection but he didn't know what it was. Before he could think anymore on the topic, he saw Elena's doppelganger, Katherine. The plan from yesterday took over his mind and he followed as she entered the Mystic Grill. Once inside, he saw her enter a booth and took up a menu. He decided to wait for her to order before approaching her.
He studied Katherine, admiring her beauty and curves. She had a way of making even the simplest outfit look stunning. Her long, wavy hair was pulled back into a ponytail, revealing her smooth neck and delicate earlobes. Her lips were painted a shade of red that made him think back to their time together. As she looked around the restaurant, their eyes met briefly before she looked out the window in a dismissive way. It was obvious that she didn't want to acknowledge him.
He decided to try a different approach. As she sipped her drink, he walked over to her booth and leaned against the opposite side. "Katherine." He said, his voice low and smooth. "I must say, it's been a while."
She looked at him warily, her eyes narrowing. "Damon." She said, her voice cool. "I didn't think I'd see you here."
He shrugged nonchalantly. "I was in the area. What can I say?" He studied her reaction.
"What do you want?" she asked finally, her voice edged with annoyance.
He hesitated for a moment, debating how much to reveal. "I need your help with something." He said finally. "It's important." He paused, letting the words hang in the air between them. "Will you hear me out?"
Katherine arched an eyebrow, her expression unreadable. "What makes you think I can help you with anything?" She asked, her voice cold.
Damon met her gaze unflinchingly. "What a seasoned girl like you must have her network." He said, a smirk on his lips.
She leaned back against the booth, crossing her arms over her chest. "I do but what makes you think I'd be interested in helping you?"
Damon smiled. "Come now, Katherine." He paused, lowering his voice. "And I think you're as curious about what I've been up to as I am about you."
Katherine smirked and leaned forward. "What makes you think I don't already know about what you've been up to?" She leaned back as her food arrived. "A little birdie told me Elena went on an adventure last night." Damon frowned and before he could move a hand pushed him back into the booth. A muscular male sat beside him, wrapping his arm around his shoulders and sinking his claws into his arm. Damon groaned at the feeling. "It's too late now. Klaus already got what he wanted from her. The only reason she's still alive is because of Bianca Bennett."
"What do you mean?" Damon asked. "Who is Klaus?"
