Jeremy, Bianca, and Tyler arrived at school, they could feel the piercing eyes of their peers but mostly the Scooby doo gang. The trio ignored everyone as usual and chatted until the bell rang signaling the start of the school term. They walked side by side down the hall, Jeremy and Tyler framing Bianca as always. They entered their first class, History, and took their seats at the back of the class. Students enter the classroom. Elena goes to her chair. Caroline sits next to her and Stefan sits on the other side. The teacher, Alaric, entered and wrote "AP AMERICAN HISTORY" on the blackboard in chalk.

"Welcome back, seniors." He greeted. "Let's turn our brains back on, starting with this country's original founders...the Native Americans." At that moment the door opened and in came two people only three students in the class knew.

"What about the Vikings?" The female questioned and she took a seat in front of Tyler. The male smiled and went to a guy sitting in front of Bianca.

"You're in my seat." He said and the guy vacated the chair quickly. He smiles at Bianca and sits in front of her. "Hey, you!"

"There's no evidence that Viking explorers actually settled in the United States." Alaric stated then furrowed his brow. "Who are you both?"

"My name's Rebekah Mikaelson." Rebekah smiled. "I'm new."

"Kol Mikaelson, her brother." Kol smirked. "And history's our favorite subject." Four of the occupants stared wide-eyed at the new students because not too long ago they had been informed of the Mikaelson family and there were two in front of them.

"I'm sure we'll all be learning a great deal from you." Jeremy whispered to Tyler. The two snickered and received a glare from Rebekah while Kol just smirked. The rest of the class seemed to ignore the exchange, except Elena, Stefan, Bonnie, Caroline, and Alaric.

The dismissal bell sounded for the day and everyone packed their stuff to leave but their eyes were drawn to Bianca, Tyler, and Jeremy as they left. What made them dumbfounded was that throughout the day the two new students joined the trio and the male even wrapped his arm around the most protected girl in the school and her bodyguards did nothing. It was as if they were a part of them now. At that thought they also noticed that the group was wearing the same color in their outfits while the females were wearing similar outfits.

The group of five made their way to the football field as Tyler had practice. They sat on the benches as they watched him.

"You didn't tell me you would be joining us at school." Bianca said to Rebekah and Kol.

"Well, we thought it was time to see the place for ourselves." Kol shrugged but one look from Bianca caused him to sigh. "Rebekah and Enzo were getting on our nerves so we thought to separate them because we didn't have our mates so they shouldn't either." The two laughed and the vampires of the group could hear Tyler's snickering from the field.

"And this bloody wanker registered with me, his defense is that being close in age people would question why he wasn't in school along with me." Rebekah scoffed looking at her brother.

"Well, Kol." Jeremy started with a smile. "I'm sure we could find some extra credit projects for you. You know, just to keep you busy."

"No thanks, I already have my hands full." Kol smirked and to prove his point her wrapped his arms around Bianca's waist. "You know, I've heard they have this new class called 'Cuddling and Caregiving' and I'm sure we could both take it."

"Never heard of it." Tyler whispered and Kol glared in his direction.

"It's new, only selected members are allowed."

"Well, at least we came at a good time." Rebekah spoke and pulled out one of the Homecoming flyers that had been placed all around the school. "Homecoming?"

"It's a dance." Jeremy explained. "It's where the school comes together and dances the night away. And you can ask anyone to dance, it's not just for couples."

"And at the end of the night, the student body votes on who will become Homecoming King and Queen. Basically, it is a popularity contest."

"Why would I go with someone else when I have my handsome mate to take me and four older males' credit cards to use." Rebekah smiled. "Being crowned Queen sounds enticing."

"Oh, really?" Kol drawled. "You don't say? Well, if that's the case, then I suppose we should make sure to attend." Rebekah grinned, her veins appeared under her eyes, and her fangs glinted in the sunlight. "And who knows, maybe we'll even find some delicious prey to dance with." The two Mikaelsons exchanged a knowing glance, their eyes flashing dangerously. Tyler, Jeremy, and Bianca knew the last part was said for the eavesdropping squad that were a few feet away from them.

Bonnie, Caroline, Elena, and Stefan exchanged worried glances. They knew that Homecoming was supposed to be a time for fun, not a chance for vampires to hunt. But the Mikaelsons were a different breed. They were ancient and powerful. And from what Katherine told Damon, they always get what they want but have no qualms about taking what they want but the three didn't know what they were here for.
