Third Person's POV

Alaric/Klaus approaches Bonnie and Elena outside, taking advantage of the fact that the bodyguards are busy with some students he has compelled.

"Elena!" he exclaimed, drawing their attention to him. "He has Stefan." Confusion turned to worry and dread on both teens' faces.

"What?" they both exclaimed.

"Yeah, Klaus has Stefan." Klaus said in the third person, feeling like a television villain, but he shook it off and continued with his plan. "Come on." He says. Trusting the man, the doppelganger, and the witch and following him through a side door and into a hallway.

"Okay, so where are you taking us?" Elena questioned.

"Just a little further."

"Wait." Elena said, slowing her pace. "Something's not right."

"Where's Stefan?" Bonnie asked, following her friend's lead. Alaric and Klaus stopped walking and laughed at their naivety.

"I just had to get away from that dance." He admitted. "The sixties, ugh, that was not my decade." he sighed. "I mean, whose decision was it in the first place?" He laughed. "I much prefer the twenties." He said, turning to face the teenagers. "The style, the parties, the jazz." He remembered fondly.

"Alaric." Elena inquired. "Are you on vervain?"

"Now, why would you ask me that question, Elena?" He was curious how long it would take for them to figure it out.

"He is being compelled." Bonnie added, and the soon-to-be hybrid scoffed.

"Nope, try again." He said, but he could see that they were not connecting the dots. "All right, I will give you a hint; I am not Alaric." He said, seeing Bonnie's eyes widen when he mentioned it.

"Klaus!" Alaric/Klaus gives a broad grin.

"Surprise!" he exclaimed, seeing Elena's disbelief in her eyes. "Relax, Elena; I am not here to cause you any harm." His gaze was drawn to the sister of his little witch. "You are not on my hit list tonight, and neither are you." Bonnie uses her abilities to throw him against the wall, but he gets up. "Have I mentioned that I knew a witch?" He taunted. "You are going to have to hit me a lot harder than that." And she threw him against a display case, smashing the glass. He collapsed to the ground but laughed and stood up. "If you kill this body, I will just get a new one." He said, motioning to the borrowed vessel. "Perhaps Stefan or dear old Dad."

"Go run!" Bonnie screamed. "Run!" Klaus/Alaric stood there watching them leave, not bothering to pursue them because he wanted to meet his little witch.

Elena and Bonnie dashed into a room, and the Bennett witch used her powers to close the doors. Damon rushes through another set of doors to join them. They informed him of what had occurred, and he directed Elena to locate the younger Salvatore brother, leaving Damon and Bonnie alone. The witch warned him about the protection spell and the dangers of killing Alaric, but the older vampire ignored her, leaving Bonnie alone in the corridor. She walks determinedly through the corridor, and as she enters the cafeteria, she notices Alaric/Klaus sitting in a chair with his arms crossed.

"What was it that took you so long? Do you have any idea how long I have been waiting?" He looked at the time. "I have things I need to do." Bianca came to mind; he found himself thinking about her on a regular basis and was not bothered by the fact that the young Bennett witch had plagued his thoughts.

"Let us put an end to this." Alaric/Klaus smirked, amused that this girl thought she could murder him.

"Do you realize that if you attacked me, you would kill your favorite history teacher?"

"That is exactly what Alaric would want." Bonnie explained. "And he would prefer that you suffer first."

"Does he want it or does Damon want it?" For a brief moment, the witch stumbled, and blood began to leak from one of her nostrils. "Look at you." She wiped her nose. "Is that all you have?".

"Yes, it is." Both of them turned to face the newcomer and watching as a group of four entered the cafeteria. "Let us not push the limits of your power." The younger Bennett witch said as she crossed her arms.

"Bianca." They said, then exchanged stares.

"What exactly are you doing here?" Bonnie questioned her younger sister as Elena, Stefan, and Damon approached.

"I thought you said you could take him." Damon sneered. "I guess I will do it myself." He sped over, only to be thrown across the room.

"You know, Damon, you keep making bad decisions and getting in the way of my plans." Bianca said. "You do not have the power to kill Klaus, not that you could, and not that I would let you." She said, drawing everyone's attention to the young girl, who was defending a stranger who had come to kill one of their friends/girlfriends. When Bonnie heard this, she sent an aneurysm towards Alaric/Klaus, who groaned at the slight pain in his head. Bianca retaliated with one of her own, causing the elder Bennett to fall to her knees, but the spell remained on the hybrid, so Bianca extended it to Stefan, Elena, and Damon. The three screamed in agony and collapsed to the ground. "What will it be, sis? Better choose quickly; your bestie does not seem to be doing too well, and neither does her boy toys." Mocked the younger witch. Bonnie surrendered and dropped her spell after seeing Elena pass out and the two vampires begin to desiccate. Bianca did the same, and Alaric/Klaus stood up and approached the quartet; Enzo grabbed his shoulder and they were whisked away, leaving the space where they were empty; Bonnie turned to face her friends, and her body bowed back and fell to the floor. Elena and Stefan made their way over to Bonnie.

"Bonnie! Bonnie! Bonnie!" Elena screamed. "Bonnie! Bonnie!".

"It is okay, she just passed out." Stefan explained, pressing his fingers against her neck and feeling the faint thumping of her heart. "She went over her limit."

"Let us get her home and see what Grams can do."
