(Yuta's POV)

Supper was finished after a few more rounds of uno, me absolutely demolishing the other boys everytime.

I stood up, dusting off my pants.

"Alright, let me go wake up Minki and get him down here so we can eat." I heard mumbles of acknowledgement as I walked towards the stairs, making my way to his room.

I gently opened the door despite knowing he couldn't hear me and peeked in, seeing him in a starfish like position, the blankets wrapped around his left leg and a pillow under his right arm, his mouth hanging open in silent snores and his hair a fluffy mess. His shirt was up, showing off his cute little soft tummy.

With him looking so serene, I didn't want to disturb him, but I knew he didn't eat much anyways, so I had to.

I sat on the edge of his bed once more and reached out, gently stroking his hair while fixing his shirt and shaking him, not bothering to say anything.

He slowly opened those beautiful chocolate orbs and blinked a few times to clear the haziness.

I reached over to the bedside table where I set his aids and carefully helped him put them in. "Welcome back sleepyhead. Did you sleep okay?" I whispered gently so as to not bother him in his still mostly asleep state.

He nodded softly, slowly sitting up and rubbing his eyes in the most adorable way. I just wanted to squeeze him tightly and shower him in as many kisses as possible, but I held back. I smiled softly at him, caressing the back of his head, trying to tame some of his bed hair.

I felt him slightly lean into my hand and that made me smile more. I let out a soft chuckle and ruffled his hair softly. "C'mon Min, we gotta go eat now." I soft grabbed his hand, giving him plenty chance to pull away if it made him uncomfortable. He didn't.

I helped him out of bed and lead him to his closet so he could change out of the outfit he slept in, turning my back as he changed.

A soft tap on my shoulder told me he was ready and I grabbed his hand again, leaving the room and heading down the stairs to the dining room where all the other boys were.

I sat down as he went passed and sat beside Chenle.

I watched as he ruffled the youngers hair and gave him a small smile. I smiled softly at the scene, soon meeting eyes with Taeyong and glaring slightly.

I looked at the food he prepared and nodded to myself before digging in, participating in the conversation around me.

When dinner was over I helped Taeyong and Minki clean up.

I smiled a little as we had gotten into a rhythm while cleaning the dishes. Taeyong would clean them, Minki would rinse and dry them, and I would put them away.

In a few minutes we were done and Taeyong bid us goodnight before heading to his room.

I watched as Minki headed towards the backdoor. I knew what he was going to do so I followed him.

Surprisingly, when I had gotten out there, he didn't have his pack on him. Instead he went into the yard, picking wild flowers as he headed towards the crosses.

I continued to trail behind him.

All was silent.

When we had finally reached I watched as Minki sat down in the middle of all of them. He met my eyes and softly patted the spot beside him, giving me a slight smile as he leaned and placed flowers on all of the crosses.

I took my seat and looked at everyone, feeling a weird sense as if they were sitting around us.

I heard Minki start talking.

"Hey guys." His voice was soft as he looked to the sky. "It's been a pretty long day." He continued.

I decided to just listen as he spoke, talking about his thoughts and about his day when suddenly earlier came up. "I had another attack today. I'm lucky that Yuta was there to ground me from it. He does a good job of it, just like you do Mark." I felt a weight on my hand and looked to see his hand holding mine. I smiled a little.

We sat out there for hours.

Some were spent talking to the boys, some spent in silence, others even spent just talking to each other and getting to know each other even better than we already did.

I really enjoyed this kind of stuff.

I really enjoyed spending time with Minki.

I softly squeezed his hand which was still in mine as I gave him a smile, my voice a whisper still as I spoke. "We should go to bed now Minki, it's late and we need to start planning our next expedition."

I felt him nod against my shoulder and soon heard a yawn after. I smiled a little more, standing up and helping him up too, not letting go of his hand as we made our way back to the house, still hearing some of the infected that sat just outside our walls.

I lead Minki to his room and smiled at him from infront of his door.

He seemed embarassed and I caught a glimpse of his rosy cheeks and ears in the moonlight.

He looked ethreal to me.

I watched as a slightly shy smile spread across his face as he looked up at me through his lashes. "Thank you...for being with me today. For grounding me during my attack and for talking to the boys with me. It...it means a lot to me." I smiled widely at him. "Anytime Minki, I don't mind at all."

He gave me a bigger smile and nodded. It seemed like he was debating something.

Before I could even blink he had suddenly thrown himself into my arms and hugged me tightly before letting go and running into his room, slamming his door slightly.

I let out a soft chuckle and made my way to my own room, a smile on my face.
