(Minki's POV)
More time had passed.
I couldn't even tell how much anymore. The days just seemed to blur.
I looked through the pantry seeing that supplies were low once more, meaning we only had a few days left before we no longer had anything.
I let out a sigh, grabbing what I could and whipping up something easy, knowing that there wouldn't be enough there for me to eat, but I was okay with that.
I placed the table, looking over it, nodding softly.
I called the boys down, leaning against the counter, sipping on a cup of ice water when I felt an odd pinch in my nose.
I immediately flicked my head back, tasting iron slip into my mouth as blood trickled down my lips and chin. I frowned, placing my hand on my neck to stop it, feeling around for the sink before tilting my head over it, watching as the droplets fell onto the metal.
Soon enough it stopped and I cleaned myself up, looking down to my shirt to see it had a bit of blood on it.
Yuta came up behind me, placing his hand on my back and looking at me worried. "Are you okay Minny?" I flashed him a smile, nodding softly. "I'm fine Yuyu, don't worry about it." He nodded reluctantly, turning to me. "Have you eaten this morning baby?" I gave him another smile. "Yeah, I've already eaten. We need to go out for supplies today too so please tell the boys to meet in the living room so that we can pick the group. I need to go change my shirt." He nodded softly and kissed my temple before walking back over to the table.
I hated lying to him, but I knew he would be worried if I told him there wasn't enough for me to eat.
I headed to my room and changed my shirt, deciding to go ahead and change the pants too.

I stood among the boys in the living room as I paced slightly back in forth. "Okay, so, here's the deal, we have to get supplies today, meaning a group has to go out." All the boys tensed, knowing when we went out, people usually died. I gave them a sweet, reassuring smile.
"As usual, I'll be going. I'm gonna ask that Taeyong, Shotaro, Kun, Hendery, Ten, and Jaehyun to come with me." Said boys nodded, standing up. I went up to the closet, grabbing out seven backpacks and handing them out, making sure everyone had weapons before nodding.
I took my place by the door, watching as everyone said goodbyes, incase this would be the last one.
Yuta came up to me and grabbed my shoulders roughly. "You'd better come back to me in one piece, you hear me young man?" I let out a little chuckle, nodding my head. "Yes hyung, I'll come back in one piece. Don't worry about it." He nodded, kissing my nose before kissing my lips softly and ruffling my hair. "I expect you back soon he told me, smiling softly. I smiled back, nodding.

We had to go further than usual to get to the next convenient store, but by this point we were used to it.
I looked at the leaves that were starting their journey in changing color, making my eyebrows furrow. I looked towards the boys behind me, speaking in a low tone as we reached the store. "Let's get coats for everyone. When we get back we're gonna need to start chopping wood for the winter incase the heater breaks." They nodded.
We entered and immediately made work of getting all the things we needed, the once light feeling packs now heavy on our shoulders as we walked across the street to a clothes store, most of the clothes covered in dust at this point.
I looked around, not seeing anything and nodding to the boys, keeping my ears open as well.
We grabbed some coats, using Jaehyun and Ten's packs to carry all of them.
Pain exploded in my arm.
It took me a minute to register that I had just gotten bit and the infected was attached to me still.
Suddenly, my machete was pulled from its case on my back. I blinked and there was the infected, on the ground, my arm still in it's mouth, but not...attached to me.
I looked up slowly to Ten, who held my machete and stared in fear, realizing what he did as Jaehyun ran forward, catching me as I felt my knees give out.
"What the fuck?!" Lucas yelled, staring at Ten in just as much shock as the boy was in himself. "I-i...i-i wasn't thinking i-" He turned to me, dropping the weapon. "O-oh god Minki...I'm so sorry-" I shook my head weakly as Taeyong quickly made use of the clothes around us, wrapping up the wound.
"No no Ten, it's okay, I promise. Maybe...maybe this will keep me from getting infected...you cut it off way above where I was bit.." I whispered, starting to feel dizzy.
Taeyong smacked my cheek gently. "You keep your damn eyes open boy. Atleast until I finish fixing it up." I hummed tiredly, looking at Jaehyun. "I...want you to...keep me locked in my room...for a few days...to see if I become infected..." He looked unsure, looking towards Taeyong for any kind of hint on what he was supposed to do.
Taeyong nodded in agreement with me. "Okay, okay, we will, promise." I nodded, my eyes hazy and heavy as I fought to keep myself up, the shock wearing off slowly and letting pain infiltrate my senses, it ultimately knocking me out the rest of the way.

(Third Person's POV)Jaehyun patted Minki's cheek, trying to bring the boy back too but he just wasn't opening his eyes again.
"Oh my god! Did I kill him!?" Ten whisper shouted, covering his mouth as tears filled his eyes. Taeyong shook his head at the boy, tying a knot in the makeshift bandage. "No, he's not dead. He just passed out. He probably started feeling the pain."
Ten nodded, staring worried as Jaehyun picked up Minki's limp body from the floor, them all making their way as fast as possible to the cabin.
