Edgar's POV- I was hanging out with Emma, Tracy, and Annie. We're working on stuff and gossiping, Annie was sewing a teddy bear, Emma was making a flower crown, and Tracy was working on an invention. what was I doing...? well I was drawing, drawing a person to be exact. this wasn't just any person though, it was Luca Balsa. Another one of the manors inventors other than Tracy, I made sure to keep my sketch book hidden. It would seem weird for me to be drawing the same person all the time, especially if the others or even he found out about it. I was zoned into my drawing and didn't realize the girls were staring at me.

"AH uh yes" I questioned

"Yooo Edgar what are you drawing?" Tracy asked

"just a person" I told her

"what kind of person" the other asked with smirks smeared all over their faces

"it's no" I started

"could it be that... you like this person" they all chimed in

"of course not where would you get that idea"

"welllll you only ever draw things you think are beautiful since you don't really get paid to draw for others anymore, and ever since you came to the manor you have only ever drew one person" Tracy concluded

"WH- How did you know that" I Shockley stated

"hm I didn't but now I do" Tracy smirked and gave me a thumbs up

"So tell us about this person!!! what are they like!" Emma asked

"yeah! we wanna know" Annie joined in

"I uh" I didn't know what to say, but before I could say another word my sketch book was take out of my hands

"H-HEY" I yelled

"Hey doesn't this look like Luca" Annie asked Tracy, ''shoot I'm a goner... Tracy and Luca are best friends. She's gonna know it's him.

"Oh your right" she commented, she tried to seem disappointed but there was a small smile in the corner of her cheeks

"YOU LIKE LUCA" Tracy suddenly bursted out in laughter

"SHUT UP DONT BE SO LOUD ABOUT IT" I exclaimed

she began to hit her hand on the table and wipe a tear from her eye from laughing too hard "I never thought someone like Luca-HIM OF ALL PEOPLE'' she laughed. I knew she didn't really mean any of that, she and Luca were known to joke around like that.

"Now... since we know... WE NEED TO HELP A GUY OUT" Tracy said while moving on, the others nodded their heads in agreement.

"But what should we do to help" Annie asked

"Yeah I'm not sure" Emma said sadly

They all frowned for a second but then they all looked at each other, and then it looked like they had a plan... Oh boy it's gonna be a long day...

The girls decided to give me the stuff they were working on previously, to give to Luca. They gave me a basket and decorated it- their plan was for me to go later on tonight and knock on his door and give it to him. They put me in a nice outfit and gave me the basket and were about to send me off before they did. They took a minute to admire their work with a smile but then showed no mercy and shoved me out the door and down the hall to Lucas' room.

God never did I think I would be doing this today... I thought before knocking on the door, I felt my heart begin to race but tried to play it cool. I heard footsteps coming to the door, and then was faced with Luca opening it.

"Edgar...?" He asked

I felt myself begin to get anxious and want to turn back, but then I looked at my friends who were hiding behind a wall not being very discreet and they all smiled and gave me a thumbs up. I pulled myself together and turned back to Luca.

"Uh Luca I got these for you!" I told him

"For me?! Edgar you shouldn't have!" Luca exclaimed

"Why don't you come in so we can talk" Luca started looking at Tracy and giving her a unimpressed face

"Sure" I told him while stepping in his room

"Finally we're alone" he told me

"Yeah" I laughed

"You really didn't have to get me anything though , is there a reason why in particular?" He asked

"Well Luca I've been meaning to ask you this for awhile, and I'm wondering if you would maybe be my boyfriend" I asked him

It was like his whole world stopped for him, he pulled me into a hug before saying yes. I smiled finally knowing he was mine, we looked at each other and were about to share a kiss when we heard rattling from outside the door. In which we turned around a bit confused only to see our friends peeking in at us from the door.

"GET OUTTA HERE" Luca huffed

"WE JUST WANTED TO SEE HOW THINGS WOULD GO " they exclaimed

"YEAH AND I NEEDED TO SEE BECAUSE I NEVER THOUGHT YOU WOULD EVER GET WITH SOMEONE I COULD BARELY BELIEVE MY EYES" Tracy exclaimed

Tracy and Luca got into a small sibling like argument, and we all laughed. The night ended with me sleeping over at Luca's room, but to my surprise it didn't end there. I ended up sleeping in Luca's room for the next week and so on. Thanks to my friends I was finally able to be with the love of my life... and maybe they're weird and crazy sometimes but I love them for that.
