Beach Day Part 2!

"we decided to head in early since tonight there's gonna be a festival and we're already pretty exhausted."

Edgar's POV- After resting up from our long day at the beach me and Luca decided to get ready for the party tonight. Luca was sitting on my bed and I just got out of the shower. I got dressed in a outfit the manor provided, it wasn't like our normal outfits though it was more comfortable clothes. I looked over at Luca who could barely keep his eyes open, that's what happens when you stay up all night and survive off only caffeine.
"Really Luca we talked about you staying up to late, you need your rest" I said while brushing my hair
"Rest is for the weak" Luca cheered
"But didn't you just take a nap-"
"That's besides the point."
"Alright whatever you say then" I said while rolling my eyes
"Shouldn't you be getting ready?" I asked
"Shouldn't YOU- oh wait you are"
"What we're you going to say" I huffed while crossing my arms
"UH NOTHING DEAR IM GONNA GET READY" he smiled
"That's what I thought"
I finished getting ready and Luca finished up slowly too. The manor would be holding fireworks outside tonight and a mini party so we didn't wanna miss it. Luca being pokey almost made us late. Right now me and him are on the beach and waiting for the fireworks to start, it's really cold since we're by the ocean though. It seems Luca noticed my discomfort and scooted closer to me to warm me up. I leaned onto his shoulder and we watched the stars and fire works shine together. He kissed the side of my head and I started to fall asleep. How can you blame me.. I mean he's a source of heat and gives free kisses! I felt safe to say the least. For that I thank him, the stars can always shine bright but nothing can ever compare to the view I have in front of me.
"I love you Luca Balsa" I stated before dozing off, and unfortunately missing his reaction.
