Beach Day Part 1!

Edgar's POV- I was having a great sleep, I had the perfect dream and everything was amazing. Notice the words was, and had. Yes it was ruined. I did have those things until my boyfriend Luca bursted into my room and yelled "EDDIE WE'RE GOING TO THE BEACH" .

I sat up and looked at him in swimming trunks and a bunch of floaties in his arms, "What, When, Why, and how" I asked him.

"We're all going to the beach today! The manor is letting us celebrate the third anniversary by a beach party! I'm not sure how but come on get up" Luca whined at the end of my bed

"Okay okay I'm up I'm up" I gave in knowing that if I didn't Luca would force me out of the bed by any means

I got up and Luca cheered me on. I went into my bathroom and brushed my hair and put it up in my usual ponytail. I turned back and Luca handed me a package that had my swimsuit and some other stuff in it. My swimsuit was red swim trunks but I wasn't so sure if I wanted to wear just that out- I mean sunburns and painting do not mix. I walked out of the washroom and Luca smiled at me but noticed my discomfort. "Here to have this!" he said while giving me a large button up. I thanked him and he grabbed my hand and dragged me down to the main lobby.

From there me and him were told where to go and once we left the manor, nothing but the beach surrounded us. Luca ran and got us a spot and I looked around at everyone having fun. Galatea and Grace were splashing in shallow water, while Martha sun tanned and Vera stood guard. Everyone else outside had been off in their own little worlds doing as they please. I noticed Luca and walked over to where he placed our towels under an umbrella. Luca was about to say something to me when he spotted Tracy and Emma waving to him in response he ran over to them to greet them- Him and Tracy were like family so this was quite the common interaction. I stayed in the shade and was about to put sunscreen on when I noticed how long Luca had been standing in the sun. Sure Luca was smart he just forgets a lot of things sometimes and right now that thing would be sunscreen.

"Luca" I called out to him

"Yeah Eddie" he said while turning around

"C'mere" I said while doing grabby hands at him and in response he came over

"You forgot sunscreen" I told him

"I didn't forget I just hate it" he huffed

"Yeah and tomorrow you're gonna hate that sunburn now, turn around" I said while placing sunscreen on his neck and back, once I was done I put the sunscreen down. Luca turned back and faced me and just as I finished putting the bottle down he grabbed my hand and dragged me up and over to the water.

"WAIT WHAT'S HAPPENING" I asked

"WERE GOING SWIMMING" he told me

"WE ARE??" I questioned

"YES WE ARE" he stated

When we got to the water he let go of my arm and ran in deeper while I slowly entered, trying to adjust to the sudden change in temperature. I shivered since the water was cold and Luca noticed this but I wasn't liking the grin he had on his face. Luca ran towards me and we made eye contact.

"Don't you even think about it-" I said but it was too late Luca started splashing water at me.

"LUCA NO DON'T SPLASH ME"

"HEHE"

I stood there crossed armed until Luca stopped, once he stopped it was my turn to get revenge so I did the same thing and started splashing him too. This went on back and forth and I had to admit I was a bit mad at first but now I'm having a really good time. I got tired and sat down in the water since it wasn't too deep. Luca swam in circles around me and I laughed at it.

"I thought you were Luca-chu?" I said laughing

"Nah I quit Pokemon now I'm Luca-shark" he responded

"Mhm sure tell that to your nintendo console- Luca I saw you hugging it like yesterday"

"SO. IT MAY ONLY HAVE ONE GAME AND ONLY LETS YOU PLAY THAT BUT IT'S WONDERFUL"

"Alright i'll leave you and your trinkets alone" I smiled

"Thank you, want a ride?" he asked while turning his back towards me

"Sure" I said while getting on his back and he doggy paddle around the water carrying me.

Luca took us in loops a couple more times before we decided to leave. I went to hop off Luca's back and swim to the surface but he insisted on still carrying me. He put me down once we reached our towels to dry off. We decided to head in early since tonight there's gonna be a festival and we're already pretty exhausted. Me and Luca went back to my room where he previously woke me up.

Bonus:

(After heading back to the room, Still Edgar's POV)

I had my towel around my neck and when I finally took it off Luca came over behind me and stared.

"What is it?" I said while looking back at him

"You have a-" he started to laugh

"I have?" I repeated

"A sunburn" He bursted out laughing

"WHAT HOW" I Gasped

"HYPOCRITE" Luca huffed
