Short chapter and notice

Luca's POV- I was coming home from work, I work at a book store but not to sell books, I work in the back and fix problems they may have with the power there, they get them quite often so there's almost always work! If I'm not fixing stuff I'm inventing stuff which is two of my favourite things to do. I got a text from Edgar, he said he wasn't feeling to great, I then began to think of ways I could improve his night even if it's just a little. I decided to go pick him up some art stuff and a couple of treats, it might not make him feel completely better but it will make him smile. He always cares for me when I don't feel good so it's nice to return the favour. After getting the supplies and some flowers I came home to find a passed out Edgar on the couch, he really wasn't feeling well. I put the stuff on a table in front of the couch, and gently woke Edgar up.
"Hey Eddie, I'm home" I smiled, Edgar looked up at me and you could tell he was sick. I got up and decided to run him a bath and set up a nice comfy spot in bed for him. While he was in the bath I did my best to make him something to help him feel better, although I'm not a cook I'm a inventor after all so some parts of it were a little messed up and possibly burnt. I had a feeling there would be no time for treats tonight so I simply set the flowers into some water and put the other stuff in the fridge.
Despite me being a horrible cook, Edgar never complains about my cooking which is surprising considering the long list of things I do that he does complain about, however now wasn't one of those kinda times either. I gave him his soup once he got dressed and made sure to take his temperature, it was still fairly high so I got a cold face cloth and put it on his forehead, I stayed by his side unlike the times I couldn't be. I felt a bit tired after looking after him but all was worth it to see him smile in the morning and give me yet another I love you smile.
