Jin woke up early in the morning it was his day off so he decided to go for a jog. He peeped inside his roommate's room who was fast asleep. So he decided not to wake him up.

Jin was jogging happily while listening to songs, adoring the beautiful view of Han river beside him. He was getting a feeling that today was gonna be a great day. A soft breeze of wind was hitting him as he ran.

He closed his eyes for a second to feel the cold breeze and fresh air. He was enjoying the calmness as in his line of work rest and calmness hardly comes by.

Yes Jin is a cop and it's his daily life to deal with the messy events in this city. So he needed just a few seconds away from the chaos of the city and enjoy the moment.

But then his moment was suddenly disturbed as he was hit by something or to be precise someone making him land straight on the ground.

He opened his eyes irritatedly to find a guy, well a very handsome guy staring at him in frustration. Jin was still on the ground staring at that guy, when the other guy cleared his throat.

Then he said to Jin, "Watch where you are going! You almost made me trip, I mean who jogs with his eyes closed".

Jin couldn't believe what he just heard! First of all he was the one who was on the ground and the guy who bumped into him was just standing there with his hands folded while looking at him and to addition to that he was blaming him!

Jin got up while glaring at him and then he said, "well excuse me! First of all it was you who bumped into me and if you are so worried about tripping then you should have watched where you were going". The other guy just rolled his eyes and started to leave as if he never heard anything.

Jin felt irritated by his behaviour. Just when he thought that this day is going to be good this guy just came and ruined his morning.

He huffed and started to leave when his phone rang. Jin looked at the caller ID and he smiled, it was his best friend who is also his roommate.

He picked up the call, "Hello Jimin-ah! What happened? Since when you started getting up this early?!".

"Yah! Kim Seokjin where are you?! I woke up and went to check on you but you were gone! Isn't it your day off today?", Jimin asked him.

"I just came out for a jog I came to ask you too but you were fast asleep, so I came alone. Don't worry I am coming home now, since now I am not in the mood for jog anyway", Jin said while rolling his eyes as he remembered that handsome rude stranger.

"Why what happened?", Jimin asked.

"Nothing much there was one guy who ruined my morning while jogging. Anyways do you want me to pick up something for breakfast?", Jin asked.

"No I want your french toast and omlette for breakfast", Jimin said.

Jin rolled his eyes and said,"alright I will cook but you will have to do the dishes".

"Aww! Really do I have to?", Jimin whined.

"Yah! Do you want breakfast or not?!", Jin asked.

"Ok ok I will do it! I see that stranger must have really pissed you off", Jimin said while laughing.

Then Jin hung up the phone and left to get some bread.

(At home)

Jimin and Jin were having breakfast.

"So tell me what exactly happened this morning that made you so mad", Jimin asked.

Jin rolled his eyes and said, "Nothing much, I was jogging peacefully and I closed my eyes for a second. Then out of nowhere this guy came and bumped into me which made me fall on the ground. Then after that he did not even offered to help me, instead he started blaming me. Can you believe it?!".

With that Jin stared murdering his omlette to relieve his frustration.

"How rude of him! So tell me more, was this just rude or was he good looking as well?", Jimin asked while stuffing his mouth with another toast.

Jin put his fork down and then said, "well, to be honest, yes. He was a decent looking guy. Not just decent looking but hot! Even I was mesmerized for a minute when I saw him. But then he opened his mouth and it all went in vain".

Jimin laughed and said, "I really want to meet this guy, I mean afterall YOU called him hot that means he gotta be amazing. Since you normally find only yourself as a handsome person don't you?".

"Well can you blame me though? I mean look at this face, this is a perfect sculptured face, who won't call this handsome?!", Jin said while pointing at his own face.

Jimin rolled his eyes at his best friend and said, "ok whatever. Now eat fast! I have my shift to attend".

"Why do you have to work today?! It's my day off I thought we can enjoy the whole day together?", Jin whined.

"I would have really loved that but you know I have no option. I have to go or else my boss will kill me", Jimin said.

Jin rolled his eyes but nodded. Then he went to the kitchen where Jimin was cleaning the dishes. He stopped Jimin and said that he will do it as Jimin was getting late for his job.

Jimin was one of the closest people in his life. Even though Jin never showed it to him but Jimin was very important to him. They were best friends since childhood. Jimin and Jin decided be roommates as both of them got their jobs in Seoul.

After Jimin left, Jin decided to just watch the news. As a cop it was always his first instinct to see if everything is fine in the city.

He was watching the news when he received a call from his team captain. He quickly muted the TV and answered the call.

"Hello hyung, what happened?", Jin asked.

"No Seokjin-ah everything is fine, I just called to inform you that your new captain will be joining from tomorrow. I want you and the team to welcome him warmly and adjust with him", the captain said.

"But hyung! Do you have to go?! I mean we are the best team out there and that's because we are a team and you lead it so well. We will be incomplete without you", Jin said.

"You know very well Jin, in our line of work how much time we get to spend with our families. You guys are still young so it's good for you but I spend my whole married life working but now I have to give my time to my family. I know how much capable you are and I am sure you will do great even without me. Your new captain is also known to be best in this field so I hope you will do greater things together", Captain said.

Jin sighed and said, "alright hyung if you say so".

After hanging up the phone, Jin's thoughts were focused on the new captain and how will he be. Will he be younger or older? Can he really work with their team properly? Will he be able to bond with this new captain as much as he did with his old captain?.

He had a lot of questions, I guess all of them will be answered tomorrow at the station.
