Author's POV:

Taehyung smiled while looking at Jin who looked like he was lost in his thoughts.

"Hey", Taehyung said while leaning on Jin. Jin dropped the phone in surprise.

"You scared me!", Jin said. Taehyung chuckled, "Why are you so jumpy? Is everything okay?".

"Of course everything's fine", Jin answered with a smile.

"Good", Taehyung said as he ruffled Jin's hair.

"Yah! It took me a long time to set up my hair!", Jin yelled at Taehyung while pushing his hand away.

"Did you just yell at our boss?!", Hoseok asked while sitting down beside him.

"Yes lieutenant Kim. Did you just yell at your captain?", Taehyung asked while trying not to laugh.

"Of course not! I was just pushing his hand away from my hair so that it won't get dirty because of my hair", Jin said while glaring at Taehyung.

"I don't mind", Taehyung said as ruffled Jin's hair again before leaving.

"Wow Jin, captain's really not mad at you for yelling at him. What's happening?", Hoseok asked as he leaned forward in curiosity.

Jin shook his head, "I wasn't yelling at him and he seems to be in a good mood for some unknown reason".

"Are you sure, you don't know the reason?", Yoongi asked.

"No", Jin answered while throwing daggers at Yoongi on which he shrugged.

"Hey are you still up for the evening?", Yoongi asked while looking at Hoseok.

"Y-yes of course I am! Can't wait for it", Hoseok answered while giving him a small smile. Yoongi slowly flicked his forehead, "Being impatient now, are we?". Hoseok just gave him a wide smile in response.

After Yoongi left, Hoseok almost jumped on Jin, "Dude! You have to help me!".

"What?! About what?", Jin asked with visible confusion on his face.

"Yoongi, he asked me out on an official date", Hoseok answered.

"So? Like you guys have been a thing for a while now", Jin said.

"Yes, but we were just having fun without any strings or whatsoever. It wasn't ever you know official official", Hoseok said while wiping the sweat off his forehead.

Jin raised an eyebrow, "Wow, why did I think that you were an official couple for a while now. Also why are you making it sounds like a bad thing. Do you not like where things are heading?".

"Of course I do", Hoseok said.

"Then do you not want to be in a relationship with him?", Jin asked.

Hoseok shook his head, "Of course I want to be with him, what kind of question is that Jin?!".

Jin rolled his eyes, "Fine then do you not like him?".

Hoseok looked down, "I like him more than you can imagine", he answered slowly.

"Ugh! Then what's the issue? Everything seems perfect", Jin said.

"Yes but you know me Jin. How awkward I tend to get in such serious situations. I make some snarky comments which I don't mean to make. Yoongi is taking me to a really good classy restaurant tonight, as an official date. What if I go with him and make some snarky or hurtful comment? What will he think about me? What if I ruin our date then that's the end of our relationship?", Hoseok asked while clutching onto Jin's hand nervously.
