It was just another regular day. Jin was really sleepy but he had to stay awake with Jimin. Jimin was practicing his presentation which was tomorrow, with Jin. Jin was half asleep while listening to his best friend.

"So how was it?", Jimin asked nervously.
"How was what?", Jin asked in his sleepy voice.
"Were you even listening to me?!", Jimin said.
"Of course! Of course I was!", Jin said while rubbing his eyes.
"Alright then tell me what you understood from my presentation? Or at least tell me what are things that you remember?!", Jimin asked while raising his eyebrow.
"Alright see I remember that there was some statistics, some deal and I remember a lot of thank you's", Jin said sheepishly. He knew his little friend is going to bite his head off.
"Yah! Kim Seokjin! Come on! Tell me what else I can add! It's my first time giving a proper presentation in front of my new boss!", Jimin said while pouting.

Jin rolled his eyes and said, "how am I supposed to know, I can give ideas about how to solve a murder or how to find your missing child".

"Come on! Just imagine that you are giving presentation about some case in front of your boss, imagine your captain is sitting right in front of you, so what will you say", Jimin said.

"The last thing I want to do is think about him right now", Jin mumbled.

"What? What did you say?!", Jimin asked curiously.

"Nothing let's just focus", Jin replied.

"It was not nothing, you said last thing you want to do is think about him, care to tell me why is that?", Jimin asked while raising an eyebrow.

"Yah! If you heard me at first then why did you ask me?!", Jin asked.

"That didn't answer my question? What did your boss do that you don't want to think about him?", Jimin asked almost protectively.

Jin sighed and gave up, he knew Jimin won't drop the subject until he gets his answer.

"Well he did nothing. But you know he says many confusing things. Even his personality is confusing, sometimes he is really calm and sweet and next moment he is cold and distant. It's just hard for me to understand his personality", Jin ranted.

"Since when you started caring so much about your captain, I mean I have seen you work with your previous captain but whenever you talked about him, it was always mostly about work. What changed with the new captain?", Jimin asked while smirking.

"Yah! I know exactly what's going through your perverted mind, now give it a break and let's go to sleep", Jin said while dragging Jimin with him.

"Alright if you say so", Jimin said teasingly.

But then he stopped in his tracks, "wait! We forgot about my presentation!".

Before Jimin could say anything further Jin ran back in his room and locked it.

(Next day)

Jin came early in the station to go through some case files. He saw Taehyung sitting in the meeting room with bunch of files. Jin knocked on the door to get Taehyung's attention.

Taehyung gestured him to come in. Jin came and sat beside Taehyung while eyeing those files curiously.

"You can just ask you know, that what I am doing", Taehyung said without looking up from files.
