The Next Day...

Waking up bright and early the next day, Farah and Treyton began searching homes and orphanages right away. They had been so ready to begin this whole process, and they didn't want to wait another minute.

"Alright, boo. I got a couple of them right here. One of them seems more functional, and the other two seem like scams."

"I got two of them. And they both look pretty decent. Which ones you got?"

"I got Mary's Lambs Orphanage, Little Champions Orphanage, and Home for Queens."

"Okay and I got Palace Place Orphanage and Roscoe's Boys Home."

"Well, let's narrow it down to two right now. I really like Home for Queens, so we can look there."

"Aight. And I like Palace Place Orphanage so we can look into that one too."

"It's settled then."

Farah and Treyton then got up, got ready for the day, and they headed on out. In their minds, adoption couldn't have been that hard. It had to have been a simple process. But boy were they wrong.

No one knew, but Bianca was so set on getting Anovah back into the house. She had no good intentions, though. She actually planned on making Novah's little life a bigger hell than she already had. She was planning on ending it.

.......................................................................

Leaving Palace Place orphanage with no interest in the rude children, Farah and Treyton were making their way toward Home For Queens. They had read on the website that it's a home for only girls, ages ranging from five months to seventeen, and they were actually excited.

Farah had always wanted a little boy, not that she minded a little girl; boys were just always too cute or handsome to her. Treyton, on the other hand, always dreamed about having his own little girl. Like most dads, he could just imagine how overprotective he would be, and how his little princess wouldn't ever want for anything; she would be spoiled.

Pulling up to the fairly large building, Treyton and Farah were both in awe at the little girls sitting outside across a wooden fence. Watching over them was a woman no older than thirty, and she had the biggest most genuine smile on her face.

Upon hearing the couple pull up, she adverted her gaze to them. Smiling brightly, she walked off the front steps to greet them warmly.

"Hello. Welcome to Home for Queens. I'm Mrs. Holland. How may I help you lovely folks today?"

Taken back by her respectfulness and happiness, Treyton and Farah couldn't help but feel warm inside around her.

"Hi! I'm Farah and this is my husband Treyton. Umm, we don't really know exactly how this goes. But we were looking forward to maybe adopting."

"Oh! Of course. Well for starters, is there a specific age you guys were looking for?"

"Not necessarily."

"Very well then. Follow me and I'll get you guys acquainted with the other workers and headmaster, and then we'll go around and y'all can talk to some of the girls."
