Miami, Florida
8:00 P.M.
That Night...The same night, Treyton and Farah were just pulling up into their driveway only to see Trisha's car parked. They were confused and so shocked that they didn't notice Omar and Clarence parked on the side of the street.
Getting out of the car, Treyton told Farah to stay in with Novah.
"Don't go out there acting crazy, boo. We don't know what she up to."
"I ain't, bae. Just make sure you got baby girl in case something does happen."
Not waiting for her response, he hopped out quickly. What he noticed that Farah did not were two silhouettes in the downstairs window of their home; two that looked oddly familiar.
He walked up to Trisha and caught her off guard being that she was not paying attention. He knocked hardly on the car window, startling her.
"What are you doing here!?"
"Bi- woman I love here! The fuck YOU doing here?"
"Umm-"
She was cut off by Bianca and Idah walking out of the house. They had yet to look up, meaning they had yet to notice Treyton.
"We got his gun, bu-"
"WHY THE FUCK Y'ALL HERE, BRUH?!"
Shocked, everyone went silent. They didn't expect to see him, they thought their plan would work.
"As a matter of fact, I got something for y'all."
He picked up his phone and quickly sent a text to Farah to call the cops; the ones they knew would do something. But, she was five steps ahead and the cops were seven minutes away.
"What are you doing? Don't tell me you being a snitch again, little brother. Put the phone away and talk to us like an adult."
He didn't even respond. He was just thinking about what he wanted to do to them. He couldn't understand why his "family" wanted to take away his happiness so bad. He was at his breaking point with them, and they were going to realize that one way or another.
"Don't be like that, son. We just want to do the right thing."
Hearing Omar's voice set off something within him. He turned around and grabbed the man by his shirt, slung him onto the ground, and raised his hand to hit him before he heard Farah's voice.
"BOO! NO!"
""Man, bae. They really tryin' me! They real life done pissed me off!"
"We ain't do nothing to you, Treyton. Just give them their baby back! Stop being like that!"
"SHE AIN'T THEIR FUCKING CHILD, DUMMY! STOP PLAYIN' WIT' ME! REAL SHIT!"
He got off of Omar just as Clarence was getting out of the car. As he stormed up the driveway, they saw the cop cars swerving in. Trisha became wide eyed and tried to quickly put her car into reverse. However, it was too late.
When the cops pulled up, Farah got out of the car and went inside the house with Novah. The cops walked up after exiting their cars.
"What seems to be the problem here tonight?"
"Nothing, officers. This was all a big misunderstanding!"
"Nah, officers. They broke into my house and stole my LICENSED property. I don't know what else, but they tried to sneak out before I got home."
"Is that true?"
"I mean, yes, but it's not anything personal! I swear!"
"Will all of you involved line up right here, please?"
By this time, Clarence had pulled off. So lining up was Bianca, Omar and Idah. Since there were three different police cars, all three of them were separated.
The officers read everyone their Miranda Rights, loaded up the cars, and a tow truck was called for their cars. They also made sure to inform Treyton they would be back for the security footage.
After talking to the officers, Treyton went into the house with a sigh. He saw Farah sitting in the living room with a clean Novah. They were watching Coraline and waiting for him.
When Farah caught sight of him, she could tell that he needed some space so she allowed him to walk upstairs. She waited a good forty minutes, the same amount of time it took for Novah to fall asleep, and she went to lay her down before she went to her and Treyton's room.
Peaking in, she saw that he was sleeping so she just went to get her clothes to take a shower. When she got out, Treyton was still asleep. She went to check on Novah once more and headed to bed herself.
When she got back in, she went on her side and got situated. Treyton instinctively wrapped her up in his arms, and buried his head in her neck.
"You want me to talk to you, bae?"
"No, boo. We can wait until tomorrow."
"Okay. I love you, mamas."
"I love you more, Trey."
They sealed their love with a kiss and fell asleep within five more minutes; they just wanted to forget the entire day.
