Chapter-37

"You dared to kill the next alpha, didn't you"
She knew herself why she was going inside, there was no reason for aadya to argue with her. There is no use this is the version of aadya Alexa hated the most. A version where aadya treats her like an enemy not a friend, a slave whom she and Nichole can spit on. She hated being beside her.

"I apologise, aadya"

"It's princess you worthless slave" a hand was raised, Alexa was ready for the impact. The sound of being slapped was echoing through the surroundings but the hand didn't land on Alexa.

It was Alex and his wife Stella, they came like they've promised to Alexa.  While the silence echoed, Stella took Alexa back to the palace and Alex stayed to teach aadya a lesson a very bitter lesson.

"What is your position aadya" this was embarrassing not just for aadya but for everyone, every soul inside her.
"An alpha to be" she growled.
"So you are not even an official in the palace ministry yet and you dared to hit the beta." Alex is trying his very best get his daughter triggered to bring her out of the maze she's in right now.
"Not an official? Not to mention I am the daughter of King Xavier and Queen Olivia. I don't need to be an official in the the ministry when I own the palace" she got up on her legs.
"While we are at it, why don't we have a little fun Alexander. You seem to be having fun taking advantage of me being caged in this little girl." Aadya spoke in an unknown confidence, a very disrespectful confidence.

A meeting has begun as soon as Stella brought aadya back to the palace.
"There are three souls resting in her, the soul of Harry, hers and that of a demon king. He was cheated on by mellissa the demon godess and I've got his soul as a gift for helping her." Stella explains to everyone sitting at the family table.

While Alex, the present alpha is trying everything he can stop aadya from going back to the palace, sigma, jack, friends of aadya and everyone were present there including her mate Ryan. It was big news to them.

A demonic soul inside her,which was resting until now has awakened. Nobody knows how or why, it was an unimaginable threat to their alpha and the whole kingdom. One can only imagine the chaos and floods of blood that'd spread if the demon becomes the alpha.

"But does she even know about it?" Sigma of the pack questioned.

"She does, she got to know about it when she was practicing her witchcraft"

"So did anyone knew about it other than Stella?" Jack the beta asked to everyone present at the table.

A single hand was raised, no one expected it to be him. Neither did his sister nor he himself thought he'd be the only one to know about it. Ryan didn't believe aadya when she told him, he'd be the only one whom she's ever willing to show her weakness To.

"She asked me not to inform anyone, about it. I was just obeying the orders of the alpha to be" he justified his actions for keeping it a secret.

" But when did she tell you, at the court training range?" And the realisation comes with a numerous questions to everyone.

"She told me when she came to ask me the permission for marking me." Ryan explained, causing everyone in the room to loose their minds.

She took his permission to mark him, so her memories weren't lost. She's still in there. She is just triggered and acting her subconscious mind. 

The meeting has come to and end for the day as they got the news that aadya came back as Alex withdrew the challenge as he didn't want to fight his own daughter, she was going suspicious and looking for them.

Everyone dispersed, except for the four following Ryan. They wanted answers about what they've done, how she asked for permission and everything. As Alexa and Nichole maintained their own distance zara and Jenny were holding them together.

"We would like to know more, about everything happened between you and aadya"

"Yeah, aadya told me you'd be the one to ask Jenny, but I am not interested in talking about that sadistic witch"

"Mind your words Ryan, you should be greatful that she didn't have your head cut off by now for your behaviour"

"He should be indeed, if I was in my right mind then I'd have cut his head on my own. In my office Nichole, I have something to talk about with you."

Nichole asked the others to secretly keep an eye and ear them as aadya was acting different in recent encounters.

They were checking all the files and talking about various things, surprisingly all aadya wanted to know about was the military strength and traps set by the palace gaurds to prevent demons from getting inside. Which was designed by aadya herself to begin with.

As suspicious as it was aadya suddenly launched herself into Nichole, little did Nichole knew something was wrong.

"I should have had the control of this stupid girls mind long ago, look at you the epitome of beauty and perfection, what does this stupid girl even see in that disgusting loser, oh was Ryan his name?"

"Excuse me aadya?" It was hard for Nichole her mind wasn't functioning properly, aadya knew how hard it was for Nichole to get over her and accept Alexa wholeheartedly. She can't do this to her bestfriends right?

No she can, Nichole was infact trying to push away aadya as she could feel the presence of Alexa. She didn't want to hurt that poor girl anymore, she wanted to kill the lady infront of her for a second, whom she admired since her childhood. As she looks at the pain growing up in the eyes of Alexa it's getting harder to push aadya away.
Tears were pooling up in nicholes eyes she flipped them around so Alexa wouldn't have to look at her. That's when aadya saw it, the real one.

She saw herself kissing the lover of her bestfriend while her mate was looking at her. Ryan was there too all the time. What had she done?
She pushed Nichole away and ran to side of Alexa her bestfriend her sister,
"I don't mean it, please it's not what it looks like."
"Such a scumbag you are!" A punch landed on her face it was Ryan, put the power he used was different it was Harry's's wolf power. Dammit
"And you dared to say such shitty words to Sammy?" Aadya dodges the punch and goes to Alexa again,
"Please believe me, it is not what it seems" she was begging like never before but Alexa had had enough of everything she's been put through. She was  overbearing her emotions and she finally let it go,

"I can see it, aadya, I won't show you my face again"

"You can't let go of me Lexy"

"Let's see" with a sad smile she left the location, she couldn't dare to look at the girl who was begging for forgiveness in silence. What has Nichole done to Alexa this time was indeed unforgivable, but was it really her fault?

"Don't. You. Even. Think. Of. Talking to my sister again, you piece of dump" Ryan tried to hit aadya again.

"Aren't a little full of yourself little prince?"

"Little Prince?"
