Hey guys!!! I know it's been a while but honestly I was anxious waiting for my results to be released. But good news is I got them today and I am really happy with them!!! So to celebrate here we are! Hope you enjoy!!!

"Elliot listen-"

"I'm done listening Mark"

The older man groans loudly while Callie watched from the couch. Her head moving between the two as if she was watching a tennis match as she munched on some cereal. "Elliot we just think-" Mark tries again but once more is cut off by the girl, "See that! That was your first problem". Callie tried to conceal her laugh but ultimately failed as she snickers into the bowl.

Mark glares at the girl who refuses to stands down and holds her ground. Elliot throws her hands up, "I have told you both several times, I don't want any involvement in it".

Callie swivels her head back to the older man in the suit waiting for his rebuttal. You could see the man was visibly tired. His face looked sleep deprived with his panda eyes. Callie knew he was getting frustrated and it was only a matter of time before he lashed out at Elliot. But honestly Callie applauded him for his patience for maintaining his cool for so long.

"Elliot if you just give us the chance to explain them maybe you would see why we keep bringing it back up" Mark pleads with her. Callie sighed knowing that wasn't going to change her mind.

They had been having the same argument for months and as far as she knew Mark and Sarah were the only ones who knew where Elliot was so even if she wanted to Elliot couldn't avoid them if she wanted too. And while both Mark and Sarah had come to her and asked if she could talk to Elliot about it, Callie refused to get involved. Callie knew that after everything that happened Elliot needed someone in neutral ground. Someone that could see things how they were and not trying to force Elliot's hand to see their way. To just be there for her.

And Callie was determined to be that person.

Elliot frowned looking both upset and disappointed, "Why can't you understand that was my old life? Your hoping that I will just jump back in and run it like I use to. But that's not me. I'm not me anymore". Mark's face drops with faint traces of guilt but before he would say anything they could hear the sound of the door opening and closing before the quick clicks of heels on the floor.

Elliot sighed as she saw Sarah, "If your hoping to convince me to come back your wasting your-". But before Elliot could finish her sentence Sarah drops a thick folder in front of her.

Elliot looked wearily at the manilla folder. "What's this?" She asked raising an eyebrow at the older woman. Sarah dropped down 2 more folders along side it, "This is the legacy your leaving behind". Elliot frustratedly messaged her temples as she narrowed her eyes at the woman, "I've already told you-"

"Elliot please listen"

Elliot snapped her head to her roommate/best friend. She saw how Callie silently pleaded with her before relenting. She looked to the older woman as she continued. Sarah raised an eyebrow at the two. Usually there was only one person who could get Elliot to back off like that. But here she was watching as the girl who had been living with Elliot for only a few months was able to reel the girl in.

But that was a problem for another day.

"We know you don't want to come back. But I want to show you what your leaving behind. Everything you worked for is in here" Sarah said. "That's isn't mine. It was my parent's company I just inherited. I didn't work for that" Elliot argues. "I'm not talking about the company" Sarah tells her.

Elliot raises an eyebrow at her not following. Not understanding where she's going with this, and also too curious to find out what she's talking about, she moves to pick up the first folder and opens it to find a page covered in notes scribbled in a messy scrawl. It was overloaded with notes and untidy writing all packed into the single page but there was one thing she could pick out from the written covered page.
