Kirishima paused.

"Honestly, now that you mention it, I haven't heard from him in a little bit."

"Well, I'll keep it short. He got hurt, and I took him to the hospital."

"HUH, pause. You? Wait, wait."

Uraraka heard rustling then the background noise was gone.

"Yeah.", she began. "I can tell you a little more, but I'm kind of by myself at the hospital right now, and I kinda don't wanna go home alone anymore."

"If you had already started walking, I would've killed you!", he hissed. "I'm on my way, give me like ten minutes."

"Okayy, thanks bestie.", Uraraka giggled.

"Of course.", Kirishima chuckled. "Send your location."

Kirishima and Uraraka had become closer friends throughout UA, and she could basically tell him anything, in Vice versa. They became especially close when she helped him get with her other bestie, Ashido.

As promised, she heard tires screeching a couple moments later and Kirishima pulled up with his Crimson Riot pajamas and hair unspiked.

"Aw look how cute you look.", she said opening the car door.

"Not as cute as the blood on your clothes.", Kirishima said with the same energy. "What the heck happened?"

"I'm traumatized, Kiri.", she said sighing. "But, for real though, it was seriously scary!"

"Tell me what happened, I'm taking you home."

Uraraka went over everything with him from every detail she could remember and Kirishima's face became more serious as she went on.

"So there was no one there?", he asked.

"Not that I could see.", she answered.

"I'm just glad you were there. Who knows what could've happened."

"Yeah..", she said drifting off.

"Hey, you know Bakugo's tough, I'm sure he'll be yelling at us all tomorrow when we come visit him. I know you guys have gotten into it before, but I'm sure out of all the people that could've saved him, he's happy it was you."

"M-Me? Why me?", she asked.

"Well, uh. Doesn't matter.", he said looking extra close at the streets trying to distract her.

"What's that supposed to mean!", she laughed.

"Aye, I'm just saying, if I was rescued by a pretty girl, I'd be happy too. Mina could resuscitate me any day."

"Bakugo doesn't think like that. I'm sure he's never looked at me and thought of the word pretty. He's always so snappy at me, that I don't even know if we're considered friends.", she said laughing, slightly disappointed.

"Well, I don't know about that part. He'd kill me if he knew we having this conversation.", he snorted. "Soo imma just cut this off right here."

He pulled up to her house and walked her to her door looking around.

"I think we're safe Kirby McKirbster.", he said looking around.

"Thank you, Kiriii. You're the best, I was so nervous no one would be able to take me."

"What are friends for, ya know.", he said hugging her bye. "Imma text the GC and we'll visit him tomorrow. Just let me know if you're coming and I'll pick you up. Or Midoriya. Maybe Jiro. One of us."

"I'll probably go at some point, don't worry about it. Night."

He waved her bye and drove off. Uraraka was now in the warmth of her own house. She took off her shoes and began to make herself some tea. Momo gave her some expensive tea for her birthday that just passed and she was loving it.

She turned on her TV and she saw her favorite show Assassination Classroom, but she saw a breaking news banner underneath and decided to check that out first. Her eyes widened and she did a small gasp.

"Today, the villain going by the name of Diversion with vision altering abilities has been pronounced dead. Earlier today, there was a battle going on between the villain and Rising Hero Dynamite."

Dead? But...but when? How? After I saw him? But he was alone. He was hurt and by himself. They were able to take down the villain, but he was far away from the scene of the crime?

"Diversion fell to his knees and was done for good once Dynamite was injured. Scientists are trying to figure why this phenomenon occurred and what connection there could be between the hero and the villain. Stay tuned."

Uraraka switched the channel back to her show and took a deep breath.

I know I haven't been in contact with Bakugo since graduation, but what is going on? And where was Endeavor? Wasn't he his mentor? That looks like an entirely different location than then the one I found him at. I guess I should just be glad it's over. But still... Kirishima didn't know a thing. That's his best friend. I wonder... I wonder if Deku.

She quickly got on her phone but put it down when she remembered what time it was.

You know what. Does it really matter? I'm not that close to him anyway. As long as he's alive, I'm sure that's all that really matters. I have to do a patrol with Gunhead, tomorrow at noon so I should probably get some sleep.

She took a bath and charged her phone. She got in her bed and turned off her bed light. She began thinking one last time before she went to bed.

Why am I even so worried. He's always been such a jerk to me. I can never win whenever we were forced to spar. If he ever did bother to talk to me, he'd tell me how much work I need to do. He's so arrogant, and pushy and mean. But... we were still classmates and I know we had an unspoken care for each other. At least I did. The look on his face... I pray...I pray he's okay.

She dozed off and went to sleep with a sad look on her face.
