They arrived at the restaurant. It was a nice place but not too fancy. It was a small night cafe but it had a calm vibe. It was definitely not what Uraraka had expected.

"Wow, I didn't think you liked places like this Bakugo.", she said looking around in awe. "I thought you'd bring me to some steakhouse or something."

That's where I wanted to go but Shark face said otherwise, he thought.

"Do you like places like this?", he asked trying to make conversation.

"I do! It's feels so calming in here. Maybe it's the lights or something but I could study in here during the day.", she said with a smile. "Of course, if you had brought me to a steakhouse I would've loved it just as much."

He tilted his head in confusion.

"Really?"

"Yeah, why not?"

He shrugged his shoulders.

"I didn't think girls would like places with all the noise and giant pieces of meat."

Ochaco giggled at his description glad their second outing wasn't starting off like their first one.

"Oh, you just don't know girls at all.", she laughed waving her hands. "Unless you're vegetarian or something, no girl would pass up a good burger or steak. We're not all flowers you know."

"Well, I know you aren't that's for sure.", he said nonchalantly.

"Heyyy, what's that supposed to mean?", she pouted.

"I'm saying you're a strong person. Take the compliment!", he grumbled.

"Aw, thanks B"-

"Hi! How are you? What can I get for you guys today?", a waitress came over with a rather forced smile.

"Uh, we'll just start of with drinks, please.", Bakugo said causally.

He sounded so respectful. Uraraka was surprised.

"I'll just start off with a water.", he said. "And whatever she wants."

"Oh, uh I'll just get a water too!", she stammered.

"We have new flavorings that are for a limited time for the water. Would you like to try it today? It's only a dollar more and it's unlimited."

"I'm good, thanks.", he said looking at the waitress then Uraraka.

"No, no I'm okay too.", she said with a smile.

"Are you sure hon? You look like a strawberry type of girl, I'm sure you'd love it!"

"Ahh..", she said looking at Bakugo.

He shrugged his shoulders.

"Go for it if you want."

"Um, okay sure!", she said. "Sounds good."

"Perfect!", she said closing her menu quickly. "I'll be back in 5 seconds."

They were pretty quiet for a couple seconds before Bakugo spoke up.

"She was weird.", Bakugo said rolling his eyes.

"Ah, don't say that. She was clearly a fan!"

"What makes you say that?"

"You didn't notice her earrings?"

"Of course not. Why would I care about that?"

Uraraka sighed and smiled straight back up as the waiter was coming back.
