May sat up in bed after a bad dream and calmed herself down. You're on the bus, your breathing, everyone is okay, you 're on your bunk and everything is fine, She told herself. But something wasn't fine; she felt nausea hit her like a truck. She ran out of bed and into the bathroom. She sat there on her knees as she threw up everything she had eaten that day. Once she was finished she reached up to flush the toilet but failed to reach it.

"Damn it" May cursed under her breath. She allowed her head to rest on the toilet seat. Taking deep breaths and trying not to throw up again. Then she heard footsteps running towards the bathroom she was in. Coulson barged in with panic on his face.

"May?" he kneeled down beside her and put a hand on her shoulder. May buried her head in her arms. "May you alright?"

"Yes" Mays voice shook as she spoke "Just a bad dream"

  "May your shaking" Coulson noticed

"Just a little cold" May tried to make this look like nothing but she was failing terribly. Coulson put a hand to Mays forehead and pulled it away after a minute.

"May you have a fever." Coulson rubbed her back. He hated seeing May like this, May wasn't going to tell him anything if he hadn't come in here.

"Im fine..." May said choking on her words a little bit. Coulson bent down and lifted May up. She put most of her weight on him.

"May you can barely stand." May didn't reply, she just tried not to throw up again. Coulson guided May to her bunk. "I'll get Simmons you lay here." May looked at the clock it read 5:30, She missed half of her Ti-Chei. Before she could convince herself to stand up Simmons and Coulson came running into the room.

Simmons carried some needles and swabs for testing. She sat on the bed next to May.

"Why don't you tell me what happened May." Simmons asked as she took her blood. May rolled her eyes.

"I had a bad dream and I woke up and felt sick." May explained "I knew I was about to throw up so I ran to the bathroom and threw up and now here we are." May finished with a bite of impatiens in her voice. Simmons nodded as she was taking everything into account.

"I need you to open your mouth May." Simmons said, picking up the swab. May rolled her eyes and obeyed. Simmons swabbed the inside of her cheeks, then took it and put it in a blue bag. "You rest while I look at these tests." May nodded but she knew that she wouldn't get any sleep not after that dream.

Simmons grabbed the test and walked out Coulson lingered for a minute but closed the door and headed out. May breathed deep breaths and closed her eyes praying, hoping for some rest. But no sleep came to her.

May spent most of her time listening to things going on outside of her bunk. Apparently Ward Skye and Fitz were all playing Slap Jack. Simmons was running back in forth from the lab to Coulsons office only sometimes stopping to talk to her or the team. May gave up on sleep and sat up on her bed. Her mouth started watering and her stomach churned.

She swallowed forcing any chance of her throwing up down her throat. May was so bored, she wasn't the person to have an iPhone and she was regretting that now. May sat there for what felt like hours till she heard a soft knock at the door.

"Come in." May said sitting up straighter. Coulson walked in with a bowl in one hand and and a mug in the other.

"I got you some chicken noodle soup and green tea." Coulson handed them to her. "The tea is burning hot I promise." He added. May tried hard not to blush but it was so easily seen against her unnormally pale skin.

May grabbed the burning hot cup and steaming bowl full of soup. She sat the cup down on her bed stand before saying.

  "Thank you."

"No problem." Coulson looked closely at her. Dark circles filled up under her eyes. "You want any Motrin?" He asked sympathetically. May thought about it for a second before nodding her head and taking a sip of her drink.

She winced once the burning liquid touched her tung.

"Sorry was that too hot?" Coulson asked putting his hands in his pocket.

"No.. no it's fine, just wasn't prepared." May reassured Coulson. He nodded his head before heading out of the room closing the door.
May was almost finished with her soup once he came in with a bottle of Motrin. He opened for her taking out two small pills and laying them in her hands.
