Coulson stared down at the woman he thought he knew, resting-

Wait no...

Shut down... and laying on the stretcher they brought her in with.

He had just found out that the woman he now realized he loved was taken from him.

Gone...

Disappeared...

Not a trace of where she went...

Or if she was okay...

And that thought tortured him, making him think of every possible outcome that this could have on her.

She could be alive and held captive...

She could be scared out of her mind and tortured...

She could be dying somewhere... alone...

Whatever it was Coulson didn't like it. he wanted her here, with him. But she was stolen from him, and he was prepared to do anything and everything to get her back.

"Sir." Came a voice, pulling him out of his thoughts. "We could throw her in first, if you want?" Fitz said. Coulson didn't even bother looking at him. He just continued staring at the version of May that wasn't his.

It was taunting him, in every way possible.

Her lips, how they looked and felt real.

Her hair, flawlessly fell over her shoulder.

Her eyes, the same beautiful gleam shown in them.

Her face, her damn gorgeous face.

It made him want to curl in a ball and die.

That was not his May he was looking at. No matter how much he wanted it to be.

"Sir?" Fitz repeated. "Did you hear-"

"Yes I heard you!" Coulson snapped, finally looking over to the Scottish man. "You do not touch her until you hear otherwise from me! Understand?!" Fitz eyes widened and that when Coulson noticed the crowd of people that surrounded him.

All of them quite taken back from his sudden outburst.

"Y-yes sir, understood..." Fitz murmured. Coulson looked around for a moment before giving Fitz a curt nod and heading out of the room.

Footsteps followed him.

"Coulson!" Daisy called, practically running to keep up with him. "Hey! cou-"

"She's gone isn't she..." Coulson said as he suddenly stopped to face Daisy.

"What?"

"She's dead, there's no way he'd keep her alive after all of this... all the trouble he went through there's no way he spared her!" Daisys eyebrows came together and she shook her head.

"What? Coulson no..."

"Of course she is!" Coulson half yelled with tears flowing down his face.

"Coulson..." Daisy spoke a little calmer now. " we are going to find her..."

"How long has she been gone?..." Coulson murmured.

"Fitz-Simmons calculate, two weeks..." Coulson shut his eyes and turned his head away. "There's no way you could've known-"

"I need a team out to find her at all times..." Coulson interrupted. "you know who the best is... put them together and start a search. Give them my phone number and tell them to call me if they have anything... understood?"
