Truth or Dare

"Skye come here!" Jemma shouted from the sitting room. Skye turned her attention over to the young Brit and made her way over to her. She thought Jemma was alone but unfortunately Fitz and Ward were there too.

"Wacha need Jem?" Jemma patted the spot next to her on the couch and Skye grinned as she sat down next to her.

"What do you think of playing truth or dare?"

"I'm sorry?" Everyone exchanged a glance and Skye became even more confused.

"Truth or Dare." Fitz repeated. Skye nodded slightly but Ward felt that she didn't know what they were talking about.

"You know when you ask someone Truth or Dare and-"

"I know what it is." Skye said leaning forward and putting her elbows on her knees. Ward raised his eyebrows slightly and leaned back while taking a quick sip of his beer. "Alright let's start."

"Start what?" Coulson's voice asked from the corner of the room. May walked in behind him and they both sat down on the other couch.

"Hey look we've got a family game night." Skye said grinning wildly. "But to answer your question we're playing truth or dare."

"Oh hell no." May begun to get up but Coulson grabbed her wrist forcing her to turn towards him.

"Come on Mel, it'll be fun!" May cocked and eyebrow and Coulson gave her a dorky grin.

"No! We don't have time for this." Everyone looked away slightly and May tried to walk away but Coulson kept her there.

"Im sorry what are we doing thats so important?" May scoffed and plopped down next to him.

"Fine..." Skye pumped her arm in triumph and Coulson gave her a little wink.

"Ok, ok, I'll go first!" Jemma said while setting her mug of tea down on the coffee table. "Umm, Ward, truth or dare?"

"Dare." Jemma smirked at him and looked at Fitz.

"I dare you to hug Fitz for two whole minutes." Fitz eyes widened a little and he looked at Ward sheepishly. Ward looked at Fitz and then sat down his bear next to Simmons mug.

"Alright... fine." Coulson got out his phone and pulled up the stopwatch app.

"Ready when you are." Ward sighed and pulled Fitz into a side hug.

"Uh no. Full hug." Skye said absolutely beaming at her SO. Ward took a half breath and awkwardly wrapped both arms around Fitz. Coulson pressed start and they all waited for the full two minutes. Skye and Jemma couldn't muffle their giggles, Coulson smiled at the pair and May just stared at them.

Once the two minutes were finally up Ward pulled away and quickly sat back down on the other side of Skye. She giggled at him and he eyed her as he took a sip of his bear.

"Alright Ward, your turn." Ward thought for a moment before grinning at Coulson.

"Alright Coulson, Truth or Dare?"

"Dare." May eyed him and he leaned back onto the couch.

"I dare you to read the last text you sent to your best friend or significant other out loud and tell us who that person was..." May took in a half breath as Coulson pulled out his phone. He scrolled through the text and tapped on an icon.

"Alright the last text was, 'lunch at 2?' And I sent that to May." May nodded letting everyone know it was true. "Ok is it my turn?" Everyone nodded and Coulson without hesitation turned to May.
