*next day~7:25pm*

Kook knocks on the door. It opens, "Hello!" A woman stands there will a big smile on her face, "Come in." She moves out of the way so we can go inside.

She closes the door and looks at Kook. He smiles, "Hi mom." They hug, "Mom, this is y/n."

She looks at me and smiles, "It's great to finally meet you." She opens her arms for a hug. I give in and hug her, "I'm upset we couldn't have done this sooner, but I'm glad your here now." She looks at my tummy, "You're already showing. Can I touch?" I nod. She reaches for my tummy and gently rubs it, "She's kicking in there. How cute."

I smile, "Yeah she does it often these days."

She pulls her hand away, "That's good. So how is he treating you?"

Kook sighs, "Mom~!"

She shushs him, "Be honest."

I laugh, "He's good. A little annoying at times but overall helpful."

She smiles, "I raised him right. Okay come supper is ready." She takes me by the hand and pulls me towards the dining room. I look back at Kook with a face filled of fear. He just looks at me and laughs. He follows behind.

We reach the dining room. Ms Jeon sits me down on a chair. Kook takes the chair next to me. A man walks into the dining room, I'm guessing it's his father. He nods at me, "Hello y/n. I've heard a lot about you."

I smile and nod back, "Hopefully all good things." I nervously say.

Kook rubs my thigh. I look up at him and he smiles, "Everything that I say about you is good, because there isn't any bad."

His mother laughs, "Honey that's so cheesy."

I laugh, "Yeah. He says a cheesy comment at least once a week."

She sighs, "I remember when his father did things like that. So long ago."

"Hey. I say cheesy things to you all the time." He retaliates.

She shakes her head, "Bad jokes aren't cheesy statements."

I laugh at their bickering. I look at Kook he has a smile on his face as he observes me. His mother leaves the room to get supper.

"So y/n." Mr Jeon starts, "How has the pregnancy been going? Nothing too bad?"

I nod, "I have difficulty some days but most are fine. I just tend to pee alot, it's very annoying. Especially when I'm really tired. She wakes me up at the randomest times." I pause, "Sorry I'm talking too much."

He laughs, "No it's fine."

Kook smiles at me, "She rambles when she's nervous." I glare at him.

"You're mother used to do the same."

Ms Jeon walks in, "What did I use to do?"

"Talk a lot when you were nervous."

She nods, "Oh yes. I was big talker." She puts the food on the table.

"You still are mom." Kook laughs.

She playfully scoffs, "Oh hush." She sits down. She puts some food on a plate and hands it to me, "You can start eating."

I nod and start eating right away. It's so good. I hum in satisfaction. Kook laughs, "I think she likes it."

"Of course she likes it. It's my cooking." I laugh and eat some more.

Everyone is eating and talking. It's definitely not as awkward as when we had dinner with my parents. Kooks parents are a lot more down to earth. His father's been saying a lot of bad jokes, they kind of remind me of the one's Jin has told me. If those two were in a room together they'd be exchanging jokes all day.

After dinner we go and sit in the living room. Kooks dad needed to talk with Kook for a moment about work things, so now I'm sitting in the livingroom alone with his mother.

I would have been upset about the fact that he didn't listen to me about not leaving me alone with his parents. But his mom is really nice and maybe this way I can talk to her about different things regarding the pregnancy.

She hands me a piece of cake. I take it gladly and start to eat it. She smiles, "I see you have a sweet tooth."

I nod, "Always have."

"So." I look over at her, "You can ask me questions about anything if you'd like. Jungkooks told me about what your situation with your parents are like at the moment. You can feel free to ask me any anything."

I finish of the piece of cake on my fork and put the plate on the coffee table. I sit more comfortably on the couch, "I, umm. How does the full process work, like when I get there."

She sighs, "By there you mean giving birth?" I nod, "Well I'm going to tell you straight away, you're body will know what to do when the time comes. It can be really painful. May I ask are you planning on doing it naturally?"

I shake my head, "Hell no. I don't plan on that. My cramps on my period are hard enough. I'm not giving birth without drugs."

She laughs, "That's probably your best bet. But yes when the time does come around you're body will know what to do, so don't stress out about it."

I nod, "Thank you. I've been a little worried about the whole thing, but I've been trying to keep it to myself. I don't want to stress Kook out, because when he gets stressed out he can't stay calm and then that stressing me out. It's just a shit show on some days."

She smiles, "It can be rough at times. All things aside I'm glad my son found you. You are a very nice young lady. His past relationships didn't work out too well. Trust me when I say this, most of them were real assholes." I laugh, "I don't think he knew what he was doing. But now with you, everything is more clearer in his eyes. He really does love you."

I smile to myself, "I know." I say in a hushed tone. She pats my arm.

Kook and his dad come back into the room. Kook nods in my direction, "I think we should head home now."

His mother pouts, "Aww okay. Well I hope you can come back again sometime." We both stand up. I walk over to Kook, "Y/n, remember if you have any questions don't be afraid to give me a call."

I smile, "Thank you, I'll keep that in mind."

"It was nice to meet you." His father reaches his hand out.

I shake it, "It was nice to meet you too."

Kook pulls me out the house, "Bye mom! Bye dad!" They wave us off.

I get into the car and lay back. Kook looks over at me, "So?"

I look at him, "They're nice."

He laughs, "I told you, you didn't have to worry about anything. Did you and my mom have a good talk? I'm sorry I left you on your own-"

"It's fine." I cut him off, "I think it went well. She answered a question I had. She also mentioned that I was nice and better than your past asshole partners."

He laughs and drives off, "That's my mother for you."
