*at hospital*

I'm in on 12 hours of being in labor. I am not liking any of this. Although they did give me some drugs and that helped.

Now I feel kind of mellow. Kook keeps looking at me with a worried expression, "Stop looking at me like that Kookie."

"Kookie?"

"Hehe. Remember when that girl called you that and I almost through her infront of a bus."

"I don't remember the last part." He walks to my side, "Do you need anything?"

I look up at him and nod, "Si senor. I would like some more ice chips, they're very tasty."

"You do know it's just frozen water right?"

I nod, "Yes yes. Now go get." He leaves the room to get the ice chips. I sit in the room alone. The doctor keeps coming in to see how much I've dilated. She says we'll be able to start pushing soon but I've just been feeling really off.

Kook comes back, "Here are your precious ice chips." He hands me a cup. I take them and chew on them. Kook sits down on the chair and watches me.

I start to feel pain, "Kook the drugs aren't working." I squirm around a bit.

"Really?"

The door opens and the doctor comes in, "I'm back again. I'm gonna check if you're ready to push yet." She sits on a wheel stool and checks. I feel a wava of pain again, "Oh you're ready to push."

Kook stands up and has wide eyes, "Now?!"

"Yes." A couple nurses come into the room and pull the bed I'm on out the room. Kook follows. I feel more pain. They bring me into another room, "Okay I'm gonna ask you to put your feet back up on these and we'll begin pushing."

I nod and does as she said. Kook stands next to me. He looks scared. I feel more pain come through me. I grab his hand and squeeze it. He winces, "You're going to break my hand."

"Luckily for y-you were in a h-hospital."

"Okay now let's start pushing."

I push, while squeezing Kooks hand. I stop for a moment to breath.

"Okay I need you to push again."

I push, "Ahh!"

"Ow ow ow ow. Baby you're doing great."

"Kook not the time."

"Okay." I take a breath.

"Okay I need you to push again. I'm starting to see the head. Now keep going and don't stop."

I push as much as I can, "Ahhhhh."

I feel a release, I fall back and try to catch my breath. There's no crying. The nurses rush away. I start to become scared. I look over at Kook, "Follow Bunny." He rushes after them.

I lay back and start to panic. Then I hear her. She's crying, "Oh jesus christ thank you so much." I lay back and relax.

I see Kook. He walks over to my side and brushes back my hair, "She's okay."

I let out a relieved breath and start to cry. Kook brushes his hand through my hair, it helps me relax.

The nurse comes back with something in her arms. She passes it over to Kook. It's Bunny wrapped in a towel, "Look at her."

I laugh, "She's really something. I'm so happy she's out."

He laughs and passes her over to me. I hold her in my arms. The nurse comes back, "I need to take her for a little while to make sure everything is okay with her. She'll be back with you shortly."

I hesitate for a moment but then gives her to the nurse. I watch her leave the room. Kook brushes my hair back again, "She's going to be fine."

I sigh, "That makes one of us." I start to feel really tired.

The doctor catches my attention, "Okay. You are all fixed up. I'll have a nurse bring you into recovery. Congratulations on the healthy baby girl." She smiles and leaves.

I look back at Kook. He smiles down at me. A nurse comes and moves the bed out of the room. I lay back on it not really giving a shit about where I'm going.

The nurse brings me into a room and locks the bed in place. I look around the room for Kook, "Kook?" He hums in reply and comes to the side of my bed. I weakly glare at him, "I thought you left."

He smiles, "Why would I leave?"

"Because now I gave birth to the baby and you don't need me anymore." I say without hesitation. The drugs are still in my system and they're making me say the random things that pop in my mind.

Kook frowns, "Did you really think this whole time I only stayed with you because of the baby?" I don't hesitate and nod. His frown grows, "Y/n you're everything to me. I would never leave you. No matter what."

I smile, "That's good. I love you Kook." I feel my eyes become heavy and I slowly fall asleep.

Before I do I hear him speak, "Wait you do?" I weakly nod in response and fall asleep.
