*1:43pm*

I'm sitting on a chair next to the bed where Kook is laying. He fell asleep. I was right about him having a concussion. The doctor did an MRI which proved that he had one. The doctor said that he'll need to rest for a good few weeks.

I'm kind of sad because he was really looking forward to doing a bunch of things with me. But now he needs to lay down and rest.

"Y/n?" I look up at him.

I smile, "Hey. You okay?"

He sits up, "I think so. What are we doing here?"

"You banged your head and now you have a concussion. Lay back down and wait for the doctor to come back."

"Okay." He lays back down.

The door opens and the doctor walks in, "Hello mr Jeon. How are you feeling?"

Kook looks over at me. I nod my head in an encouraging manner, "I'm okay."

The doctor flashes a light over his eyes, "That's good. I think you're good to go." He steps back and looks at me, "Remember he needs to rest. Don't do any big workouts. Also refrain from looking at a screen of any kind. He'll have some headaches, but other than that he should be fine. Just give him some tylenol or something if it's bad. I'll have a nurse come in with his discharge papers. Have a good day." He leaves.

I stand up and walk over to Kook. He looks up at me, "Can I sit up now?"

I laugh and nod, "Yes." He slowly gets up. I fix the pillow behind him so that he's more comfortable.

He giggles, "You're pretty."

I poke his nose, "You're prettier." His smile grows.

A nurse comes into the room and hands me a paper, I sign it. The nurse says we can leave. I help Kook out of bed and he changes back into his clothes. I walk him back to the car and he sits in the passenger side.

I start the car, "Now back to the cabin."

He frowns, "Nooo. We are gonna go swimming."

I look over at him, "We went swimming this morning. And the doctor said that you shouldn't do any major exercise, meaning no swimming for you. And no sex for me." I mumble the last part to myself.

He gasps, "No sex?" Shit he heard me.

I start to drive away, "It's too bad. I guess I'm going to have to find someone new who's going to be able to please me." I joke

He frowns, "I don't please you?"

I quickly change my expression and try and retract what I just said, "Kook I was just kidding, you please me."

He continues to frown and look out the side window, "No I don't. I'm not a good boyfriend. I worried you and hurt myself and then you had to bring me to the hospital, and now I also can't make you feel good."

I laugh, "Kook. Look at me." He looks in my direction. I move my gaze back and forth between him and the road, "You are the best boyfriend ever. You hurting yourself doesn't make you a bad boyfriend. And you make me feel good in different ways that are way more important."

He tilts his head, "I do?"

I nod, "Yes, when you cuddle me and tell me that I'm beautiful. Or like the other night when you made me dinner and we watched a movie. That was good."

He smiles, "That was good."

"See, so you are a good boyfriend."

He giggles, "And you're a good girlfriend, the best in my whole world."

I smile and continue to drive.

We pull up back at the cabin. The roots are easy to remember. I get out of the car and then help Kook out. We walk to the door. I search his pockets for his keys. I find it in his jacket pocket, it was zipped shut so it wouldn't fall out. I open the door and help him inside.

I bring him to the bedroom and lay him down on the bed. I tuck him under the blankets, "Do you need anything?"

"You."

I roll my eyes, "Anything else?" He shakes his head and open his arms. I pull down the blankets and lay down next to him. He cuddles me to his chest.

The only reason why I'm enjoying the fact that he has a slight concussion is the fact that now, we don't need to do anything. Just rest and cuddle.

I start to hear his little snores. I quietly laugh to myself. Then fall asleep shortly after.
