*8 months into pregnancy*
I lay in bed. I haven't been wanting to move for the passed few days. Kook called the doctor and she did a home visit. She said that I need to start being more active and happy or else it may have a negative effect on the baby. That was yesterday. I haven't moved since.
I've just felt empty. Tae won't talk to me. My parents still don't want anything to do with me. Ray has come to visit me every day but it doesn't really do anything.
Not to mention that I've been in immense pain for the passed few days as well. I'm due in a couple weeks. And all I want to do is shrivel up in a ball and die.
Kook walks into the room, "Y/n? Someone is here to see you." I don't look up or respond. He moves to the side and someone walks in. M?
She sits next to the bed and looks at me, "You look like shit, big sis."
I smile, "Hey bitch." I quietly say.
"Hey Jerk." She brushes her hand through my hair, "Why are you laying in bed like this. You should be eating random shit and complaining about the little things."
"I'm to tired to do anything, M. I can't do anything."
She places her hand against my tummy and rubs it, "I'm quite disappointed that I only recently found out you're pregnant, and it wasn't even from you. You're man at the door there." Kook waves, "He's been very worried about you. He really needs you to be happy. We all do."
I sigh, "I can't."
She stands up and gently pulls me up against the head board, "How about we start by going outside for a bit. I would love to get some icecream. How does that sound?" I don't respond. She sighs, "Kook you want to help me get her off the bed?"
He nods and comes over to my side. He smiles at me and reaches for my side. M reaches for my other. They both lift me up out of bed. I feel so heavy on my feet, my legs give out a bit and I fall back down, "Nope stay up." Kook picks me back up. He hugs my side and holds me up, "Please try." I look at him and nod.
We walk forward towards the front door. I'm able to walk on my own now.
We reach Kooks car. He puts me in the passenger seat. M goes in back, and he sits in the drivers seat. While he drives, he holds my hand.
We soon pull up in front of the icecream store. I choose not to go inside. Kook goes in and gets the three of us icecream. M stays with me in the car.
"You're out of the house. That's important right? Do you feel any different?"
I nod, "Yeah. I feel heavier and the sun is making me hot."
She laughs, "I meant do you feel less depressed."
I shrug my shoulders, "I guess so." I look at her, "You're supposed to be in London."
She smiles, "I was told my sister was in drastic need of cheering up, and you know I am the best at doing that. I mean look at me." I smile, "See my charms are already working."
Kook comes back into the car. He looks at me and smiles, "You're smiling." He hands M and me our icecream.
"It's all me big boy." M says while taking a bite of her icecream.
"Should have brought you out earlier." He pushs my hand gently to tell me to eat the icecream. I don't, "Please eat it. It's your favorite flavour." I look him in the eyes. He gives a slight smile. I lick it and then take a bite of it. It's good. His smile widens, "There you go." I smile slightly in response.
We finish up our icecream and go for a little drive. After a few minutes of me just staring out the window doing nothing. M speaks, "Hey Jungkook, pull over. I know a place we can go. I'll drive."
He nods, "Oh okay." He pulls over to the side of the road and they switch seats. M quickly starts driving off again. I've never really been a fan of her driving. I grab hold of the oh shit handle and prepare for the worst.
After 20 minutes of driving, I start to realize where we are going. I look over at my sister, "Are we going to the river?"
She nods, "Remember when we'd sit down next to the water and just read. You'd read those fanfictions on your phone, while I read an actual book."
I rolled my eyes, "They're good stories."
She laughs, "Sure they are. They basically were all the same."
"No they had different story plots, they just had the same people."
She sighs, "Anyways, those days were fun."
I look out the window, "Yeah then you left me alone with mom and dad."
"You knew I needed to get out of there. I came back on holidays." I stayed quiet. She pulled the car up into a parking lot and parked it.
Kook helped me out of the car and we walked down to the water. When we got there I saw the old tree trunk I used to lay on. M goes and lays on it, "Hey that's my spot." I let out a small laugh.
"You can have my spot this time, you always wanted it." She was right. Her spot was a decent sized piece of concrete that went partially over the water. She'd always claim it as hers.
Kook helped me sit down and then he sat behind me. I layed back agaisnt him as I stared at the water move. I always found it so relaxing to watch.
"Thank you." I say to Kook.
He looks down at me, "For what?"
I smile, "For bringing my sister here."
He smiles, "I'd do anything to make you happy."
I smile and lay back against him. We stare out at the open area, in silence.
