POV Elsa
For two days I've been 'sick'. That's what they think at work, me having a stomach flu. Well I certainly feel a bit odd. Right now his hands are under mine and he makes me focus on creating a snowflake. The flake was gracefully floating above our hands and my heart fluttered when Frost's finger brushed against mine.
"Just like that, keep focusing," Frost whispered to my ear. I felt how he closed the gap between us, his chest was against my back and his sweet minty scent catch my nose. I closed my eyes.
"Whoa, you're not focusing," Frost gasped and when my eyes opened I saw how our sleeves started to freeze. I gasped and shook my hand in panic, an icy blast was shot to the wall and a picture frame fell down. Then he quickly flew in front of me, closing my hands like a music box.
His eyes were focused as he looked into my eyes, the blue shade and the sparkles that were like a snowflake enchanted me. My heart beat slowed down and I inhaled deeply.
"That's it, calm down my Queen," Frost smiled slyly and my cheeks flushed. This is how we'v e been for two days. He has been teaching me to control this power.
When I realized that I had these powers I felt afraid, afraid that I might hurt someone. He helped me through my shock, with his awkward jokes and cheerful attitude.
"You're nice," I mumbled out and my eyes widened. I certainly did not say it aloud.
"Uh.. thanks but it's the least that I could do," Frost replied while smiling.
"Let's continue," he grinned.
"What next?" I asked. This is something that I need to keep under control. A power like this is deadly. I wonder why he is so calm for it.
"Use me as your target practice," Frost chuckled.
"Huh?" I gulped and stared at my shaking hands.
"You can do it and besides.. you can't hurt me. Think of it this way, you learn to aim but also to release and stop when you feel like it," he winked his eye.
"You say that I should let it go?" I raised my eyebrow and he nodded.
"Okay," I spoke slowly and inhaled deeply. I took a good position and he flew in the middle of living room. A gust of wind flew the furniture to circle against the walls of the room.
"Ready?" I asked and he nodded with a mischievous smile.
After inhaling deeply I watch at him, how his fingers caressed the wooden surface of his staff as he lifted it in front of him. His eyes were looking at me keenly, challenging me.
"Bring it on," he grinned and I saw how his staff formed a circling blue glow around it. The room got colder and my breath steamed. Then he did one last thing which annoyed me, he placed his right hand in front of him, then he called me to attack by moving his fingers back and forward as his paw was facing up. His laughter filled the room.
My right hand started glowing like Frost's staff. A thin layer of ice covered my finger tips, spreading up..
"You should definitely let it go before your whole arm freezes," Frost said teasingly.
"Oh I will, frost brain," I mumbled.
"Did you say something?" He raised his eyebrow on the moment when I let all my anger towards him shot out. He flinched when he saw the icy blast flying towards him.
"Whoa! Are you crazy!" Frost shouted as he blocked the hit with his staff. I want to see his annoying smirking idiotic face frozen solid. That arrogant low life moron that is always messing with me.
