" In ancient Egypt, the dead were always buried on the west bank of the Nile, where the sun sets. That's why all Egyptian cities stand on the east side of the Nile. On the west, you'll find graves and mortuary temples. But our enemies don't care about east or west. They'll come from all directions. " Joseph explained on the boat ride.

The waters were calm while we sailed on them. There were no waves and we were sailing gently on the Nile. It was nice and relaxing.

   " Getting comfortable? "

I looked back at JoJo to see him standing and looking down at me. I nodded and let the setting sunlight hit my skin, making it feel warm. Jotaro walked to my side and sat down beside me. His legs were folded and he pulled a cigarette out of his pocket and lit it.

" Why do you smoke so much? "

" Why do you bitch so much? "

" Maybe I'm concerned for your health. "

" Well, don't worry about it. Mind your health for now. You're injured and not healing yourself. Why? "

" I want to save my energy in case an enemy appears. I don't want to fight an enemy with my energy depleated. "

" You make a good point, but still it worries me that you haven't healed yourself. "

" I'll be fine. Like you said mind your own health. "

Star Platinum appeared and hovered near me. He sat right in front of me and just stared at me. I tilted my head to the side and he followed my action. I made my head sit straight on my neck and he followed. I raised my hand with my palm facing him, and he did the same. He connected our palms and they laid against each other in the air.

' This reminds me of when this happened between Kakyoin and I. '

Star disappeared and in his place was Jotaro, whose palm was against mine instead of Star Platinums.

" When did you get there? "

" Star Platinum is fast, but so am I. "

" Your hand is really big. "

" Yours is just small. "

" It's in your genetics to be built like this. So, your hand is just naturally bigger than mine. "

The boat docked and I took my hand away from Jotaro's and stood up. Polnareff got off of the boat first while the rest of us followed.

" Kom Ombo? Come on, do we really have time to lounge in this place?  "

" Would you quit complaining? " Joseph said groaning.

" They've been kind enough to allow us passage on their ferry. So we must show them respect. " Avdol added.

" I don't know about you guys but I'm starving. So, let's get something to eat. " Polnareff said grimacing at Avdol's statement.

" Wow, you never stop do you? Here this should hold you over for now. "

Avdol handed Joseph Iggy's coffee gum and Joseph held it out to Polnareff with a smile. Polnareff only turned around and yelled at Joseph making his smile go away.

" You know damn well that's Iggys! "

" Would you just take the gum already?

He shoved the gum into Polnareff's hands and walked away to use the bathroom. Avdol went with him to look for it, and it seemed Jotaro was going to go with them. He turned around towards me when I didn't walk with them, and his gaze pierced my eyes.
