Chapter 7 Two Monkeys, A Pig, and Two Children Walk Into an Inn

A/N Heyyyyyy!! I said yesterday I'd post this last night, well I wanted to add more to it so I'm posting it today. I'm happy about this one! It's a buffer from the chaos the "mini" chapter created heheheeh. This has some fluffy moments, I hope you enjoy! Love you all!!!

Previously.....

     You shake your head in exasperation-Of course it's hot, you ate peppers! You stare unamused as Piggy frantically licks the ground. Idiot. The lady suddenly screams out, "Trolls! Monsters! Trolls!" You look at her with a confused look-Monster? There isn't a monster here! Looking around before glancing at the lady again, realization hits you-Wait she means us?!

     You watch as the lady runs to the man and clings to him, elbowing him saying, "Trolls!" He looks confused for a second before he yells, "Trolls! Monsters! Trolls!" Before he panics and runs into a wooden beam. He's not that bright is he? His form hits the floor unconscious.

     Lieur approaches them saying, "Don't be afraid!" He looks back to you before turning back to the woman saying, "They are good people!" You study the cowering woman with an impartial look as she asks, "They are kind?" Lieur gestures to you all saying, "They only look rather strange, that's all."

     Piggy stands up looking to you and Sun, he says, "Strange? I don't know about you monkeys, but I'm 'Strangely handsome,' am I right?" Sun scoffs at the statement, while you blankly glance at Piggy before returning your gaze to Lieur. He tells the lady, "Don't worry, we just want to spend the night here and hit the road in the morning."

       The lady wobbly asks, "Really?" Lieur nods with an affirmative, "Really." She cautiously comes out from behind the beam, making her way over to you three. She shakily says, "Alright, follow me then," she goes to the ladder in front of Piggy and climbs it awkwardly.

      You see Sun look at Piggy before tossing the teapot to him. Piggy struggles to catch it and it falls; the lady reassures saying, "No worries, no worries." You make your way to the ladder with Sun following. Piggy exclaims to Wukong, "Hey, you're  making me look stupid!" You snicker as you watch Sun jump on Piggy's back, using him as a launchpad before he boosts himself up. He grabs you midway and brings you with him.

    At the top, you smile and get down. Following Lieur into the room, you hear the lady say, "Your kind visit makes my humble inn grateful!" She lights an oil lamp while Lieur happily yells about a bed before he races towards it. You watch him with a soft smile, not noticing the lady has her attention on the baby girl secured to your chest.

       The sudden cry from the little one alarms you. Looking down you place a hand to her chubby cheek, wiping her tears as you softly coo at her. You can see Sun's body move in front of you, but you're not sure why. Before you can ask, the lady shakily walks out saying, "Have a good rest, let me know if there is anything you would need-"

     You can hear a nervous giggle  from outside the room before you move closer to the bed. Deciding it's not important you focus on calming the still crying baby. Bringing her to the bed Lieur's on you gently take her out of the basket. You place her down on the bed where Lieur tries to console her. Deciding it best to let her crying run its course, you back away to Sun.

     Piggy enters saying, "What's with all the crying?" Lieur leans over the baby saying, "Little one, don't cry. Let's get some sleep, shall we?" You turn your head to Sun and the window. You take in the view the window provides before a shrill cry rings out. You snap your head to see Piggy leaning over the baby-What is he doing?! He's scaring her!

      Sun looks over as well then glanced to you to see you shooting Piggy a death glare. He reaches his arm out and yanks Piggy away from the kids. You look at him thankfully, then make your way to Lieur and the baby. Kneeling down to them, you see Lieur take out-Is that a doll? It looks like Sun. You glance at Lieur curious as he says, "Look I still have a Great Sage here!"
