Akashi and I returned empty handed. No drinks, nothing but our faces blank and eyes wide. It was very surprising to see the guy who struck fear into almost everyone so shocked himself.
"Uh, what's up with you guys? And where are our drinks?" Kise asked.
"Snacks?" Murasakibara asked.
"We," I began, "We met up with Kuroko."
Everyone fell silent for a moment.
Suddenly they all quickly crowded around us. Asking questions left and right was overwhelming for me, but Akashi continued to stand there however he now had a more of a thought process look in his face. Like he was in deep thought.
"I'll tell you guys one thing, a game is happening. Three days. We have three days and then it is actually happening." I explained.
Everyone looked kind of sad but Kise spoke up.
"We get it see Kurokocchi, which is all I want. No matter how, I want to see him." He told us confidently.
Aomine smiled, "I guess you're right."
"Mmmm," Murasakibara agreed through a hum.
Akashi stood there for a second, thinking still. When he snapped out, he had sad smile. "I guess it won't be too bad. After all, we get to play with him again."
We all agreed we just needed to play our hardest and not let Kuroko simply just win to make him feel better, because that would definitely not make him feel better. Besides, as I explained how good Carter was to the guys, they got really excited.
"Wait? So they are actually good?" Kise said with excitement.
"Of course they have to be," Midorima cut in. "Why would Kuroko even challenge us if they weren't?"
"He has a point," I told Kise.
Kise sighed in defeat and Aomine chuckled. "Dumbass." He muttered.
Kise growled, "Say that to my face!"
"Dumbass!" Aomine shouted look Kise im the eyes.
"Let's go! Right here, right now!" Kise challenge Aomine to a match.
"Fine by me, to the court." They both got up and sprinted out the door.
"Do they even know where stuff is?" I asked.
Midorima sighed and proceeded to get up to follow them, after all it will be an interesting match between the two. "They both saw courts while driving by earlier, so they have been thinking not stop about it since we got here. The only problem for them is, our ball is sitting right next to the window over there."
"Let's go give it to them," I laughed.
Murasakibara muttered, "I bet Minechin will win."
"Absolutely not," Midorima sounded offended. "Kise will definitely become victorious."
They glared at each other while us four were walking down the street. "A week of snacks." Murasakibara bargained.
"And a week of carrying me around to places I must go, by wagon." Midorima challenged. They nodded accepting each other's deals.
"Taiga, who will you bet on?" Akashi asked.
"To be honest, I don't feel like losing to one of you three."
"If it ends in a tie, you both will make dinner the next week for us." Akashi announced to the two. They turned back with glared in their faces.
"Deal." Midorima childishly spoke. He is just like a toddler at time.
We got to the court and the other two were tenting to pump up a flat basketball with literally their mouths. Well, Kise was. Aomine was yelling at him that it wasn't going to work.
"Hey Losers!" I shouted. Both turned and I threw the ball at Kise who caught it with ease, even if he looked surprised. "Better make it interesting to watch."
They both simply ignored me and went to face off against each other. There weren't many people here, especially since it was getting so late, so the courts were basically empty. Murasakibara and I sat on the ground, he actually gave me some chips while we watched. Akashi sat on a bench next to us and Midorima stood. They looked like they were having tons of fun, however they also looked deep in their movements. Not a single thing could break their concentration.
"Ahhhhhhhh!" A scream.
Well, I stand corrected.
We all quickly rush over to where the scream was, a man was on the floor. A young girl was scolding a boy, our age. He had like green hair.
"Kaho please, screaming like that isn't good for my ears." He whined.
"Well I'm sorry but I'm not the one who beat him up. He happen to try and kidnap, Stupid." The girl snarled.
"Your fault for coming to watch me. You know I was waiting for my brother." The green hair boy spoke.
We decided to ignore it now that the situation was handled. So we turned around but all of a sudden I almost run into a girl. The small one who was just talking to the green haired boy. "Wow." She said flabbergasted for some reason.
"Um? Hi?" I said confused on how she got here so fast.
"Kaho!" The boy screamed angrily.
"Yeah yeah, I'm coming. I'm coming. If you raise your voice at me again, I will not hesitate to put you on Tetsuya's regimen." She said while walking with him.
Wait a minute.
I was about to run but two annoying craps shouted at each other.
"Rematch!" Kise said for as he only lost by one point.
"Hah!" Aomine laughed. "You lost. Deal with it. But I'll rematch you any way."
We went back to watching the idiots play and it ended up with Aomine having 3 wins, and Kise having 4.
"Ryota has won." Akashi exclaimed.
"What! We were gonna play again," Aomine spoke.
"You lost! Deal with it," Kise mocked Aomine who glared fiercely.
"We need to sleep." Midorima spoke up.
"Tired," Murasakibara groaned lying in the ground. For a big dude, he needs his sleep.
"Fine, but rematch tomorrow." Aomine shouted at Kise and they both angrily nodded at each other. When walking by, they began speaking. "I'm hungry."
"Same." Kise said.
"Chicken sounds so good."
"Or beef."
"Beef," Aomine began, "definitely beef."

Hey guys, it's author here.
Wow, I hated saying that, but I'm keeping it like that. I wanted to let you guys know something and why I'm more checked out than usual and giving you guys this just little calm down chapter until the real fun begins.
I've been mentally unstable, like every teenager, but it's a little different. Of course, depression isn't something that is uncommon, however mine runs in the family and I knew I was bound to get it.
So I've been unmotivated, unsure, really upset over air itself, and I've been trying to get better as I have no motivation for anything really. Only a few things put me at ease.
As I continue to go through this journey, I'm finding things that really make me enjoy life. This being one thing, so the next few chapters might take long (not as long as how I've been check out) but I'm going to upload them ASAP because I fell that we finally need to come to an end with this long as book.
So thank you for your patience and support.
Love you all,
See you soon.
