Kyo's Tale
Kuroko's POV
It's been a few weeks since school has started and I already got Remo and Xzavier to join the team, however today is the day we tell Marquis about it.
Oh right, Xzavier joined the team after I beat him. It didn't take long, we only and always play one point. We don't ever shoot threes when playing 1v1 against each other, but I did show him a bit of what the 6th man phantom was. Disappeared right before his eyes, the vanishing drive.
I was on my way to the gym to take a nap because I didn't get any sleep last night because I was studying for a test. Yes, I study even though I'd probably get a good grade on it anyways. But I like "perfect" grades. It was empty in the halls due to it being the middle of a period and thankfully the walk was quick.
I opened the doors yawning but opened my eyes when I heard dribbling. I look to see a like green blob messing around with his crazy techniques. He was using his street skills I once played against. There was a taller male playing against him with a bored expression but you could tell he was trying his best to get the ball from an old friend of mine.
He was laughing his ass off as he dribbled around this guy who look frustrated now. "Kyo," I said causing him to stop mid-dribble and allowing the other guy to take the ball. Kyo stared into spec and stood still not moving an inch.
"Yo, Kyo? What's up with you? I got the ball," the guy said confused and I walked towards them. He obviously didn't see me, well Kyo probably sensed me, the other dude, however, didn't even hear me.
"Blue," Kyo said still not moving an inch.
"You said that yesterday and didn't tell me exactly why. So what is it this time?" This taller male asked.
"He's always like the color blue, dude. It's his favorite color," I said randomly making the guy jump 10 feet out of his socks.
"Holy shit! When did you get there?" I smiled not answering his question. He squinted at me actually showing emotion rather than his bored face, "You have very blue hair and blue eyes."
I shrugged, "Family genes."
"Tetsuya," I heard my name come out of Kyo's mouth. He hasn't called me by my name since the first time I met him.
"Hey, Kyo." I stuffed my hands in my pockets with a smile. Kyo looked up and into my eyes as I looked back, except I had a relax expression and he had a serious and determined expression. "Long time no see."
Kyo's POV
I stared back at Tetsuya. For the first time in over 6 years, I called him by his first name.

"Everyone settle down," The new teacher said, I think her name was Mrs. Jacobs? I don't know, we move a lot, though I think Dad said we are staying here until I graduate. Thankfully. "We have a new student." I was standing in front of the class full of 5th graders. They all stared at me waiting for me to speak, "Go ahead," The teacher nodded at me.
I sighed bored of this class already, no one seem interesting yet, "I'm Kyo Tanaka. No I'm not Chinese, I'm Japanese. I'm originally from Japan but moved many times until coming to America a few years ago. I like basketball and the color blue." I put that as simple and as quickly as I could.
Someone raised their hand and I wasn't to happy, "Yes, Xzavier."
"How good are you at basketball?" This boy had a light wash of red dye in his hair. He probably dyes his hair. People as that often so I shrugged.
