Every part of your body screamed for you to escape this prison. You could feel danger around every corner. There was no telling what or when it would happen, but you knew that your very existence was being threatened. Vaako had left the Training Hall after his wife did. He seemed furious. His wife was so jealous of you, and yet, you didn't ever attempt to take her husband away.
There were other Dames who would attempt to flirt with him almost continuously, and she never cared, so why did she seem so jealous of you? Was it because of you being a half-breed? You thought about it more and more. Vaako would flirt back with other Dames as well. You knew that the two were not faithful to one another. The entire armada knew of them being unfaithful.

You crept down the halls toward your chambers. It was the only place you knew would be safe. You could see the door to your chambers when you felt something tear into your leg. Falling to the ground, you felt the weight of someone kneeling over you. Hot breath against your ear, and the pause of silence as those around you stopped in their tracks.

"I will not allow you to take him from me," the voice of Dame Vaako hissed in your ear.

You relaxed your body, and you allowed your Furyan instincts to take over. A soft growl escaped your throat. A shift of her weight, and you took your chance. Rushing your head back into her face, you heard the crack of her nose. The force of your action caused her fall back, and you shot up on your feet. The spear in your leg was from one of the nearby statues. You pulled the spear from your leg, then you turned toward the Dame.

With it yell, the Dame got back up, and pulled a knife from a holder that was on her leg.

"You broke my nose bitch," she yelled.

"YOU broke your nose," you replied, "I'm defending myself from...you."

Dame Vaako let out a growl of frustration, then she pulled a gravity gun from one of the nearby Necromonger soldiers. She fired at you, and you managed to dodge the first shot, but not the second. You flew across the hall, and you hit the wall. You let out a grunt, as the air was knocked out of you. You shook your head, and your Y/E/C eyes looked toward the furious Dame.

She'd managed to get another spear, and she was charging toward you. You'd had enough. Anger flowed through you, and you quickly stood up. Just as the Dame was within range, you hit her spear with the one you still held. You knocked the head of her spear toward the wall. A yell, and you smacked her in her ribs with the butt of your own spear.
The Dame fell to the floor, and grabbed at her side. You were always somehow able to make a Necromonger feel pain. Vaako pushed himself through the surrounding crowd. You glanced up at him, but you knew better than to be distracted from your opponent.

"I'll give you this one chance to walk away," you growled.

   Dame Vaako laughed.

"I'm not walking away. I'm going to kill you," she hissed.

You smiled, trying to suppress a laugh, then you lifted your spear.

"No... you're not," you said in a low voice.

Realization came across the Dame's face, but it was already too late. She looked to the crowd and looked at her husband. Vaako stood with a blank face, and his arms crossed. He didn't care.

Your spear went through the Dame's skull, and it was over. Her blood pooled beneath her onto the hard stone floor. Taking a breath, your instincts began to calm, and a realization came over you.

You killed the wife of The Lord Marshal.

Vaako slowly stepped toward you. He placed a hand on your shoulder, and you looked over at him.

"You keep what you kill, little one," he said in a low voice.

The surrounding crowd slowly began to depart and return to their business. The Purifier, and a few servants came forward to take the Dame's body away.

"You are now Dame Vaako," Vaako whispered. "Now, I am yours... and you...are mine," he growled.

You just keep trading one prison for another.
