(47) déjà vu

do you ever get déjà vu

looking at the place we met

looking at our old spot

i can't believe it all started

right near a bus stop

reminds me of that poem

'To The Girl Who Works At Starbucks'

this is where we fell in love.

remember when we sat

on the right side of the bus?

i made you do a russian accent

like, what's all the fuss?

probably just my heart's excuse

to hear your voice again

because it was moments like this

i felt myself falling back in love

i like putting

my head on your chest

and listening

to the sound

of your heartbeat

if i ever lost my memory

i think

i'd end up falling for you

we'd fall for each other

all over again

you

are the first person

i finally had hope in the future; our fate

perhaps someday

people may wish

" happy anniversary "

it always goes back to you (Poetry Collection)Where stories live. Discover now
