(27) burn baby burn

you repeat to me

as my heart utters

wishes of jealousy

those lovebirds

tied up

in their love bubble

you repeat to me

these words

as if i did not hear

you close the window

my one escape

the rain pours through

my flooded gates

you close the window

so i cannot smell

the aroma

of petrichor

you strip, you take

you steal

and i give

yet you still want more

you stapled my mouth shut

empty words

of spite

like flowers

over a coffin

covered in disguise

gaslight

set me on fire
