how can i believe

your fabricated sentiments

when your words

no longer

hold weight?

in our texts i see

words of loyalty

but when you

come back home

you retreat

now routine;

back into your bubble

of solitary

your eyes seem to ponder

elsewhere when we meet

you've moved away

from our village

i no longer see you

roaming these streets

it always goes back to you (Poetry Collection)Stories to obsess over. Discover now
